The farm runs a horse pension; it also houses a few sheep, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and cats. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house, independent, with fully equipped kitchen and incl. Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.
