We are right next door, so we will be neighbours. The houses are separated though and you will have complete freedom, with the advantage of having someone nearby. Restored in 2021, the property is a farmhouse from the late 1800s, in an area that not so long ago was countryside and is now a peaceful area of the city. Alongside the rustic wooden beams and red bricks are an external area and a spacious lounge and dining area. Comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and private parking are included.

Parking available inside and outside the villa, tranquility and plenty of space, indoor and outdoor. It is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing vacation, but also to take advantage of the crystal clear sea with small pebbled bays and to visit the nearby Tuscan cities of art.

Casa Lori

Casa Lori is a recently renovated 140 year old workers cottage nestled on the grounds of the main residence. It is situated a five minute walk to the centre of the historic village of Fauglia, where you can find great food, bars, a gelateria and grocery shops. Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Inside Corte Menconi, in this typical farmhouse immersed in the Tuscan countryside, you will find the Margherita Apartment.
