Wow, wow, wow! We totally enjoyed our stay at Eleonara‘s house! We arrived and her son explained everything to us and showed as the whole apartment. You‘ll find everything there for your daily needs. It’s absolutely the same as on the photos and we also were able to use the washing machine as well as the dryer. I loved the backyard the most - it’s so beautiful and decorated with an attention for details! Just in case someone cares: The street is next to the house why it could get a little bit louder, especially during the rush hours But we didn’t care about that little fact and the longer we stayed, the less we recognized it. Eleonora and her family are so kind, friendly and lovely people! Thank you so much for everything and our great stay! Absolutely recommend!

The location is fantastic, with stunning views of Livorno and Pisa, at sunset it is practically a painting. The location is strategic as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and Montepulciano are just a stone's throw away. The accommodation, in a tower of an old medieval castle is definitely out of the ordinary. The garden, spacious and clean, very enjoyable in summer, also set up for the barbecue. Experience really worth recommending!

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

The beautiful fox house completely surpassed our expectations. It was spacious, cozy, sparkling clean and a really beautiful place in the middle of nature. Betty & Roberto were super nice and helpful and every morning we were surprised with a delicious breakfast. It was an amazing and unique experience! Thank you for this 🙏🏻

Amazing location and responsive host. Incredible pool with an outstanding view. House, especially the Kitchen, was well well stocked with amenities needed. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Everything was very clean. Such a great environment. We traveled with a 1-year-old child and were very warmly received. For my daughter, there were many toys, a crawling blanket, baby bed and high chair. The small playground was also impressive. Our highlight was the great sunset and of course the most beautiful pool we have experienced so far. We can only recommend it!

Lovely little place, super location with everything you need for a pleasant visit. Nice roof garden to sit and dream. Clean and well looked after. Many thanks - also a short walk to the tower.

The main thing is Nada' s attention to every communication you sent, she responds the same day. Anything you asks for within reason, you get from Nada. It was a new experience for us in Tuscany but her property is combiniently located within 40 minutes to an hour and 30 from all the Tuscany turistic places.

I was genuinely impressed by this place. So beautiful! The pool is incredible, they had prosecco and limoncello for us and provided several supplies for a successful stay. I would 100000% come back here!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

Beautifully located in nature, accommodation in the mountains far away from the hustle and bustle. Super clean and very well-equipped place. Fantastically beautiful garden and great pool. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Giulio and the villa were wonderful. The villa is just gorgeous, very Tuscan and secluded, beautifully located and incredibly peaceful. It was lovely to have a couple of other families around during the week and Giulio was always available either in person or on Whats App. Up in the hills, the stay is no more than 20 minutes in the car to a decent supermarket, and maybe 5 minutes from the local village which had most of the essentials. We visited Siena, San Gimignano, Casole D’elsa and some other places, all easily reachable from the villa. The weather was gorgeous, our daughter loved the on site donkey and horse and cat and any other local animals 😁 We will certainly be back - a wonderful place for a family escape, we might bring friends or family next time too! We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

What tranquility and what a view. Beautiful estate and super friendly people who try to delight you. Also a nice and nice swimming pool for when it is very hot.

We had a wonderful week at Lena's place. We felt sooo comfortable. Lena is so sweet, was always available, gave us tips and always asked if everything was okay. The apartment was a dream to be in. We will definitely be back 😍

Monica and Marco are lovely hosts. The apartment is ideally located with a nice garden, close to the city center, excellent base for visiting Florence, Pisa, Siena etc. The apartment is impeccably clean, spacious, functional, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Great stay - we enjoyed every moment of it!

We stayed there for 3 nights and it was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very nice and well equipped. walking distance to the sea shore (20 min+-). The host is AMAZING! Just amazing people, THANK you for everything! the only disadvantage is the parking situation around that you need to find a place (not eqsy) or to pay for parking a few minutes walk.

This is my third visit to the Lucca area, but my first time to stay inside the city walls. Fabrizio’s apartment is perfect with respect to location, style, and quality. The terrace is such a haven. Any meals we cooked were eaten out there, and a glass of wine in the evening is a must while you listen to the lively vibe of Lucca.

Nestled in the mountainside is the Tuscan stay of your dreams. In a villa designed by a renowned architect, you are surrounded by not only incredible views of mountains, valleys and the sea, but also have stunning accommodations. Every detail has been thought of in this home from comfortable living spaces, to luxe fireplaces and high quality beds. We highly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous villa. One of the best parts of the time we spent here, though, was our wonderful host, Letitzia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic when one of our guests was ill, bringing meals to her while the other guests were out. Additionally, we can't recommend enough joining the dinner sessions they offer for guests throughout the week. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was exactly what you would want from a home cooked meal in Tuscany.

We were allowed to spend four wonderful weeks there. The house is simple but very lovingly furnished. It has everything you need. The veranda and garden are a highlight. Baker, mini-market, butcher, various small restaurants, a bar right by the sea are all within walking distance in a few minutes. The people there are incredibly nice! Francesco is extremely attentive! He had provided coffee, a fruit basket, ingredients for a first meal and a bottle of wine, so we didn't have to shop right away. And he was always available for questions and tips! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!
