A picturesque view of Queenstown makes this apartment stand out. It’s comfortable, and warm. The location is a perfect distance from the town centre, an ideal sport to base yourself to be out side the hustle and bustle, but not miss out on any of the fun.

The house is very clean and well-equipped, and it is also convenient to drive to Queenstown

Clint and Anita’s home was Ana amazing place to stay while we were in Queenstown! The views from the bedroom and the hot tub were something out of a movie! The home was private, and clean and tidy. Clint and Anita were extremely friendly and responsive and our stay in their home was excellent. Would definitely stay again when we return to Queenstown.

This crib is all about the view which is clearly spectacular. No other reviews have referenced the property’s layout which I will do here - not as a criticism, but as an observation so that folks can take same into consideration. The property has 2 bedrooms - however they are effectively joined (wth a small ante room in between) meaning that the second bedroom can only be accessed via the first bedroom. This arrangement is certainly noted in the property description; however it’s not apparent from the photos. Folks may need to take this arrangement into account, depending on who they’re sharing with, noting that the occupant of the second bedroom needs to pass through the first bedroom to access the bathroom. Jimmy was a very thoughtful and responsive host . The house was very comfortable with stunning views. The setting opposite the lake is beautiful, and a great base for exploring other areas of interest around Queenstown. We’d highly recommend Jimmy’s place.

Incredible house with the most amazing views. The fantastic floor plan was perfect for our large group, comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Sally is a super thoughtful and responsive host and even had ballons and welcome treats for a birthday celebration. 10 minute walk to town was very convenient. Highly reccomend and would stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Queenstown! The panoramic views were breathtaking, and the location was ideal to explore Queenstown and the surrounding area. Oh where do I begin…Sararose and Jules family has the most charming apartment nested in an incredible mountain valley. But what touched my heart was how everything was designed and built in this apartment, and I really mean EVERYTHING. From the fully equipped and stocked kitchen to the cozy fire place, to the spotless bathroom, everything is thoughtfully placed and made by hand. Craftsmanship can be felt everywhere. It’s such a warm welcoming space inside out. The window seat is no joke, exactly as shown on the photos. Come here, you will find everything you will ever need, inside out.

The best Airbnb stay we have had to date! Such a beautiful property right on the lake with water views. The property has access to the Queenstown trail that takes you directly to Queenstown and connects to many other beautiful trails that you can walk/bike. The property is exactly as described but the photos do not do it justice - we will definitely be back!

Love the ambience, incredible and convenient location with stunning views. The place was super cozy and had a very homey vibe. Toilet floors are heated which is something that we did not know we needed haha - mind blowing. This airbnb blew our expectations out of the water.

Adrian , thank you. I am always nervous when I am travelling out side the country and with kids. But having your place made us feel like I never left home and allowed us to enjoy New Zealand free from worries. I will recommend Adrian place to anyone so you can feel like you are at home but in New Zealand. We will God willing come back and try to stay here again if it’s available. Love it.

Beautiful located accommodation under Marc's home. Great view of the lake, out door furniture and heating provided. Well equipped property. We walked down to the lake shore but it is a bit steep especially on our way back.

This view was the best thing to wake up to in the morning - it looks just like the photos There was blankets and heaters which made it very comfortable in the cold weather We walked to get coffee in the morning and it was very quick Would definitely stay here again

Excellent communication, and entry instruction from Owner. Apartment was as listed, no surprises or disappointments. Short walk to supermarket/shops. We hired a vehicle. The car space provided was well positioned, and able to be locked when we were out, bonus. Side note: $10pp cash for 5min local bus to/from airport without a travel BeeCard. We stayed 2 nights in Queenstown and 3 nights with a vehicle at this AirBnB, overall I was very pleased with my choice. Recommend, Yes.

A wonderful location with stunning lake and mountain views. Pleasant and easy walks to local coffee shops and eateries. Great lakeside walk into Queenstown. Excellent accommodation bed extremely comfortable. Great communication with host who was helpful and timely in responding. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.
