Please note, there is no kitchen, just a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge / freezer. It also has a tv with Netflix and a selection of films. Easy access to golf, walking, skiing, Queenstown & Frankton. Please review our location on the map before you book. There is a regular bus but it works best to have a car.

It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. The Loft on Flynn has a king bed, en suite, a kitchenette, a balcony, indoor/outdoor dining options and external gear shed. The Loft on Flynn is centrally located just outside the gates of the Millbrook Resort and within easy walking distance of the picturesque and historic Arrowtown. It’s the perfect base for enjoying the local restaurants, vineyards, shops, walks, tours, cycle trails and ski fields.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Our home is located in beautiful Arrowtown, with the Arrow River reserve (great for biking and walks, or a refreshing dip) just over the road, and the Arrowtown Golf course very close by. Walking into the village is a pleasant 20 minute stroll (for the average person) or slightly longer if you walk along the river. We built our home ourselves in 2007. It is modern but classic and decorated with contemporary colours and warmth. We would love you to come and stay.
