Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Quartu Sant'Elena

Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Die Wohnung von Edvard war superschön und hat alle 5 Sterne verdient, die Aussicht war grandios, die Einrichtung, neue toll gestalteten Bäder, inklusive Küche, Geschirr und Kaffeeautomat waren perfekt und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Zugang zum Meer ist über eine private Treppe zu erreichen und man kann herrlich im klaren Wasser schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und der Sonnenuntergang ist einfach phantastisch. Herzlichen Dank Edvard ...für diese wunderschöne Unterkunft.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. Fabulous rural location at the end of a road. Genuinely gracious and helpful hosts. A great meal at the (same family) agritourisamo next door.

Нам все очень понравилось! Паоло отличный хозяин, помогал со всеми нашими вопросами. Это прекрасный дом, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Все комнаты со вкусом обставлены, в доме было очень чисто. Было приятно находиться внутри дома, но отдельно хочу отметить террасу, с которой открывается фантастический вид на море. Невозможно словами описать закаты, которые мы там встречали. Надеюсь когда-нибудь у нас будет еще возможность вернутся сюда

Leandro and his wife are definitely top hosts! This was one of the best stays ever. Really everything you could want was present in the house. We’ve got biscuits, home made jam and some fresh drinks in the fridge. The garden is very cosy and nice at night with lights. The cleanliness is unbelievable. An excellent location to explore Villasimius and Cagliari. Thans again for thus wonderful stay

Magnifique maison! Très confortable et très bien équipée. La terrasse est devenue notre salle de vie! C’est calme et la vie! WoW! Epicerie à 5 minutes en voiture! 2 plages qui se font en 15 minutes à pieds. Sinon, beaucoup d’autres plages proches en voiture! Nous recommandons fortement. Merci Gloria qui a été très réactive et aidante pour les idées de restos. Ciao!

La cssa de Bárbara es preciosa, ella a cuidado de todos los detalles, habian detalles preparados para los huéspedes como bebidas y productos de higiene personal, Bárbara nos ha dado recomendaciones muy útiles y estaba pendiente de que estuviéramos bien, recomiendo este alojamiento para familias

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-equipped, and just as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful – we felt welcome right away. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend this Airbnb!

Paolo war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er hat uns super herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer.

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

L'appartamento è molto curato, in una posizione centrale della città. Comodissima la presenza di parcheggio privato con accesso diretto all'appartamento.

Raffaella ist wirklich eine absolut tolle Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns unglaublich viele Strände und Orte gezeigt, die so in keinem Reiseführer o.ä. wären, also echte Tipps einer Person, die die Insel In und Auswendig kennt. Man braucht mit dem Auto zwar ca. 15 min bis nach Cagliari, aber durch Busse und Taxen (oder einem Auto) ist die Entfernung kein Problem. Die Unterkunft bietet wirklich alles, von einem Waschraum (den man nach den Strandtagen auf jeden Fall braucht) bis hin zu den kleinsten Sachen (wie z.B. einem Föhn, einer neu verpackten Nagelschere etc.) Wir haben uns super Wohl bei ihr gefühlt und fanden es auch besonders schön, dass Sie uns persönlich noch einmal Tschüss sagen wollte, bevor wir fahren. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt auf Sardinien.

A great place to stay and Giovanni is a great host. Really appreciate the time and detail he puts into his responses and effort into making us feel comfortable during our stay.

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Ich war zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit dem Eigentümer , es gab nur einen negativen Punkt dass er nur italienisch konnte. Ich konnte mich leider nicht mit ihm verständigen ausser über die übersetzten Nachrichten bei airnbnb. Den Strom mussten wir cash bezahlen beim check out was ich persönlich nicht gut fand.

We stayed for five nights in this beautiful house, and I left my heart here. It was even more stunning and cleaner than the pictures! The host is even more wonderful than the house itself. I hope to return soon and will definitely recommend it to all my friends. The house was clean, quiet, and gorgeous, with comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms. Everything we needed—and more—was provided. The barbecue near the kitchen was high-quality and ready to use. Parking was convenient, and everything was perfect for an unforgettable relaxing getaway. Abbiamo trascorso uno stupendo soggiorno a casa di Luca, villa super curata ed attrezzata. La posizione è fantastica e tranquilla con una splendida vista sul mare. Il terrazzo è strepitoso: veramente un luogo da sogno. Cinzia è una persona favolosa: l'accoglienza ed i suoi consigli sulle spiagge e ristoranti sono stati utilissimi. Grazie anche a Luca per le indicazioni ricevute sulla zona. Cinzia ci ha permesso di fare check in e check out agevolandoci negli orari tenendo in considerazione il ns arrivo e partenza in traghetto. Grazie Cinzia e Luca per averci permesso di trascorrere una vacanza da sogno.

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

Wunderschönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in Strandnähe, Michaela war stets super erreichbar und hat für uns Restaurants reserviert und war immer sehr bemüht. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub machen möchte ist dort perfekt aufgehoben!

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

Very comfortable house and wonderful garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and even more. Beach equipment is available on site. Toys for children are a nice addition. The shower in the garden is a great addition. Bathing by the glow of the stars. The shower has warm water from the house so evening baths are very pleasant. The location of the house is very good we have access to several beaches on foot and a walk to the town does not take long either.
