The location of the house is magnificent with an incredible ocean view. Seeing the sunset from the terrace is stunning. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, the bathrooms comfortable and renovated, the modern kitchen and very well equipped with everything you need. Cala Caterina beach is very quiet and practically exclusive, recommended for lounging, swimming or snorkelling. It is minutes from other wider and more beautiful beaches such as Porto Giunco, and also from Villa Simius with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Roberto, the host of this beautiful place, was very friendly and helpful, from the first moment always attentive that we did not lack anything, really a personalized attention. We had a great vacation in this house, and it met all our expectations. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful week here – everything was perfect! The place is beautifully located, very clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. We felt at home right away and loved the peaceful atmosphere. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Our stay in the villa was positive, we stayed several days and we found everything we needed on every occasion. The property is located in a very quiet residential area, a perfect starting point to visit the Costa Rei and Cagliari. The well-kept garden, exclusive to the house, guarantees the possibility of enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners in complete privacy. The sleeping area is quiet and keeping the window of the skylight open we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioner. Note the availability and responsiveness of the host: on the last day of our stay there was an inconvenience, but Silvia was readily available to resolve. We also really appreciated the fact that you welcomed us personally.

The house is well maintained, clean, and equipped with any comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). In 8 we were very comfortable thanks to the large indoor and outdoor spaces. The location is also very convenient, being the country in which it is very well cared for and equipped with all services (supermarket, pharmacy, and some places where you can eat and drink well spending the right amount). Stefano, the owner, was a great person. She helped us resolve a car issue, making herself completely available.

We stayed in Simone's accommodation for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. In the meantime, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Get ready to be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold at times. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) We also used the fireplace and had it cozy and warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I thought it was really great :) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave many tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I asked him where you can see flamingos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, there are flamingos there. Thanks for everything:)

What a beautiful location to spend our vacation. The house is very fully furnished. Louisiana is really very nice and welcoming. Easily accessible via WhatsApp. We felt very welcome. The pool is really lovely. We felt very spoiled.

The landlord was waiting for us directly in the apartment and showed everything there was to know. He provided water for us. We disposed of the waste ourselves (except for plastic), although he offered to do this for us. Very friendly service and highly recommended.

The accommodation is located in a quiet and very beautiful location. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are luxurious beaches nearby. We will definitely be back!

Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

Excellent apartment! Everything you need for a long stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent upper terrace with grill. Moreover, the apartment has another one, on the ground floor. You can eat or just have a great time on any of them. Stefano's hospitality is at the highest level. He prepared charcoal for the grill, as well as other pleasant surprises, which we are very grateful to him. He also provided recommendations for restaurants, as well as attractions, and if any questions arise, he is always in touch. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We went to the sea by car, but if you prefer walking, there is a pedestrian path directly to the beach. 10/10

I would give more stars if I could. Marco is very quick to communicate, check-in was flexible and straightforward just like checking out. Marco is so pleasant, very friendly and authentic. The apartment was quiet and I enjoyed my stay very much. The kitchen is very well appointed and the bed was very comfy. On the terrace, you can look at the gulf of Cagliari in the lounger and start and end the day. I would recommend at any time. A car is advisable, there is a bus but then you have to walk 1.5 km. The beach can be reached by foot (20/25 min) even without a car. It was wonderful!

Marzia’s place was phenomenal! An excellent location to explore Villasimius and surrounding areas. Marzia was an excellent host despite not being physically in Villasimius. Marzia offered a lot of advice on things to do and places to go. The Pizzeria below the AIRBNB offered quick and easy food if you were in a pinch. The balcony was a nice place to have a morning coffee or relax. The electric retractable awnings sheltered you from the sun when on the balcony, a nice touch! We spent our days exploring beaches and did a snorkelling tour one day. Overall will definitely stay here again next time we are in Villasimius!

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.

Edoardo was super welcoming, attentive and helpful. He let us check-in early, check-out late, and provided us with great restaurant recommendations. He was very compassionate when one of us experienced health problems. He definitely looks to make his guests feel good.
