L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Splendida villetta a solo 20 metri dal mare, gli spazi sono stati arredati con gusto e ogni angolo pensato per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Due camere da letto: una matrimoniale con finestra fronte mare da dove potrete sentire il suono delle onde del mare, una cameretta più piccola con un letto che diventa matrimoniale per un' altra coppia o i vostri bambini. Apartment in villa at the sea

Our apartment is located in Marina Residence just behind the beach. You can reach the beach in only 5 minutes walking distance across the village. To reach the city of Cagliari by car takes you around 20 minutes. The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa. All around the house there is a nice and green garden with lemon trees and flowers. A part of the garden with a barbeque and a shower is reserved for our guests. The apartment is ideal for families and couples.

The Mozart Haus is located in a residential setting of absolute tranquility, in front of green areas and very close to the Molentargius nature park. The house is just over a kilometer from the sea.
