Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

For example, you can walk to skiing, hiking, water sports, sunbathe on Lake Walen or cozily into the charming restaurant/bar by the lake. Everything is right at your doorstep.

The apartment is very well maintained and tastefully furnished. There is an open kitchen, living area and 2 spacious bedrooms. The offer is rounded off with a hot tub and a private sauna in the apartment. The cable car to the Flumserberge can be reached in a 5-minute walk.

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. The house is surrounded by nature directly on the Thur overlooking Churfirsten and Säntis. It is ideally located for both summer and winter activities. A feel-good oasis for wonderful and relaxing vacations. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant, shopping and public transport are about 30 minutes walk away. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

The spacious apartment with balcony is located on the third floor of the B&B and can accommodate up to 3 people. The fantastic roof terrace with mountain views conveys a pure holiday feeling. A homemade breakfast can also be booked directly on site (if the B&B is open). For bookings for 4-5 people, another bedroom with a king size bed can be rented next door (separate listing).
