Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Punta Gorda

This house was FANTASTIC!!! We were looking for a place to “live” in the Port Charlotte area and it surpassed our expectations!!! House was clean, vibrant and met our expectations! Eddie was a great host, very responsive and so nice! Such a great stay!

Ronnie’s house was awesome! We brought our boat over and it was just a quick ride to open water. The kids loved the pool when we went in the boat. House was spotless and very nice! Ronnie was very quick to answer and checked on us every day during the stay. Don’t hesitate on booking. You will be happy you did!

Very happy with stay/house/amenities/pool/spa. Newer construction with tall ceilings, beautiful appointments, bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen provided with every imaginable item needed to cook and entertain. Salt water pool and spa were wonderful and overlook canal intersection. Lovely step down from pool to wrap-around deck overlooking canal. Easily accommodated larger family gathering for dinner/swimming. Certainly one of the nicest homes we've visited in Florida. Highly recommended.

My family and I enjoyed are stay in Punta Gorda, the house was great, we saw wild bunnies, cardinals, horses and really enjoyed our stay. Jessica was a fantastic host. I highly recommend Baddock Ranch reserve park to see animals & if you have a four wheeler Red Neck Mud park is a must too. I ❤️FL.

Betsy’s place was very cute and welcoming! The backyard was perfect and very relaxing. Betsy was very responsible and flexible. Only feedback for future guests is to note that she does provide with a small starter pack of supplies (one paper towel, one extra garbage bag and no dish soap), so keep in mind you will need to bring your own supplies if you’re having a large group staying at the house. Otherwise, it’s a lovely space and a very quaint neighborhood! Highly recommend!

This home in Port Charlotte is fantastic! The key to a great stay in an Airbnb is a good host. I don't care how good the house is, if you don't have a good host your trip can be ruined. Holli is a great host! We had a minor issue with the pool and texted her about it. We were pulling out of the driveway 15 minutes later and the pool service guy was pulling in. I have not had a more responsive and proactive host before. We had 3 ocean days and 3 kayaking days as our main activities on our trip. I feel like the kayaking is downplayed on the website. There are 4 kayaks to choose from with paddles and life vests. The canals and Myakka river are great places to explore and nature watch. We went in late May and only ran into one other kayaker on our journeys. Venice and Siesta Key were our favorite nearby beaches! White sand and clear water beaches. The house was really fun and modern. We loved the smart couches and very large kitchen. Every part of the home was taken care of with love!

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s home. The space is clean, new and modern. The home was easy to find and the lock box was easy to use. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all things needed to grill or cook in, closets have extra towels, pillows and bedding. There was also a variety of items if you have babies/toddlers. If you plan to take day trips to the beach, there are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler. There are also bikes in the garage. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. The pool and outdoor space are so comfy, we loved eating outside and watching NBA and NHL playoffs on the patio TV. Oh, and the TVs all had Xfinity boxes to watch live TV! Also enjoyed having morning coffee on the back patio and taking in the serenity of the canal. I would recommend this home if you are planning a stay in Cape Coral!!

This is our 2nd time here and I can't say enough about it! The house, pool and hot tub were amazing! Our family had a wonderful time! We were close enough to all the great beaches, Venice and Siesta Keys! The host is wonderful! Beach ⛱️ supplies such as chairs and umbrella. The kitchen dishes and amenities were top notch!! This is definitely a favorite place of ours! Thank you for another wonderful vacation!

Great area and nice place to stay in to get away. Huge place for a family! No pool but to get away and relax is all that is needed! I felt right at home! You will enjoy this place

This rental is PERFECT! So homey and so close to the beach! I can go on and on about how perfect this vacation was for us!!

I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and relaxing inside and out. So easy to park right in front of the place so I didn’t even need to take my suitcase out. Great patio to sit and soak in the sun filtering through the beautiful tree. Bluetooth speakers inside were great too. The host responded within the minute. Very fast response. And the place was priced very well.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

My two boys and I truly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, tidy, roomy, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The community was quiet and peaceful. My boys loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. We were extremely pleased. While we were given a unit that differed from our original request, we understood the reason given and we were in no way disappointed with the new arrangement. The unit was perfect for us and we would definitely return. Bea and her assistant were quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival. We had no issues during our stay, so we never needed to communicate while we were there. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a quiet, well situated condo. We took in a few spring training games close by and had good experiences at nearby restaurants. The condo itself was very roomy, well supplied, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the waterway from our lanai. Our hosts always responded immediately to any communication we had with them. We would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

Second time visiting Hang house!!!! Everything was spark clean and organize. The family had a great time in the pool and the weather was not an issue since the pool heater was working perfectly fine. Very quiet neighborhood and private backyard. We loved Hang’a house and we’re planing on coming back for sure!!!

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

My family and I really enjoyed this house. Lots of room for a family getaway. Vincent was a great host who made sure our stay was great. This house was BEAUTIFUL!!! We will definitely book with Vincent again when we visit Florida.

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. We'll definitely be back because we felt right at home. Everything was organized when we arrived. The house is very well located, easy to get to, and has everything you need and more. For families looking for space in a four-bedroom house with security and all the amenities, plus an excellent location, this is the place

Loved this house. The trees in their yard are AMAZING! The pool was very warm. Loved the outdoor couch and TV area. Host was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. The pantry had some spices and basic cooking ingredients, which is always nice. It's furnished and decorated well.

Great place and relaxing, I highly recommend it. Kids and grandkids had a great time.

Sabina is the best there is. I’ve stayed at 3 of the properties they’ve managed and they’ve all been pristine. She communicates well and ensures a great stay.
