The house lies not far from the Nord-Ostseekanal. We have a terrace and a garden to spend time and make breakfast in open air, if the wheather allows it :-) It's available for groups, families and cyclists. Till now the bathroom only can be reached through the doublebed-room. We're searching for another solution. In 125 qm you have much space. Shops for daily needs are nearby. And there are many possibilties for day trips.

It is a beautiful, newly renovated apartment with a large open kitchen, with a cooking island and adjoining dining area. Here in our house there are two more apartments. We live here across generations with grandparents, our two small children and our Bernese dog Bo. The apartment is located on our farm, rurally located on the L316

Sunny 2-room apartment

Our cozy 2-room apartment is completely south facing and therefore very nicely bright. Nevertheless, it does not get too hot in the summer as large trees shade the house in parts and insulate the thick walls well. There is a double bedroom, living/kitchen area and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. A private garden part can be used to sit outside. The apartment is located in a large, old farmhouse.
