The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

We felt very comfortable with Valentina and her family! The private studio offers everything you need and we also enjoyed the garden with the possibility to grill! Tips for beaches or restaurants have improved the stay even more!

The accommodation was clean and there is a wonderful view of the sea. There are also two beaches nearby where you can swim in the sea. Hosts provide detailed information about the accommodation and give a complete answer to all questions. It is located in a quiet resort area, so it is perfect for those who want to relax, but restaurants and shops are 5-6 km away, so it is worth arriving by car.

Good base point for visiting beaches in the south, like Domus de Maria. The house is spacious and the bed is comfortable. You drive in through a tomato farm and rarely see people, just the farm pets (i.e., cats and a friendly dog). It's very quiet. The host left us water, cooking basics, and lots of coffee. The TV has lots of channels, but there's no Wi-Fi. If you have cell service, it works well, though.

We had a wonderful stay at Suzy’s. I’ve never been to an Airbnb that was so accommodating and had everything we could possibly need throughout the duration of our stay. The location was great and walkable to grocery store, butcher, restaurants, and sights to see. Thank you so much for allowing us the pleasure of staying with you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Calaverde, near beautiful beaches. The house has all the details and amenities to make the stay excellent. He waited for us with pastries, breakfast, wine, ice cream, etc... this shows that he cares a lot about his guests. He always answered any questions or requests we made to him on the spot. We were 2 couples and the fact that one of the bathrooms did not have a shower was not an inconvenience since the outdoor shower was perfect for bathing comfortably. The only drawback I could mention was that you can't get to the house by car and access with suitcases on an uneven path of slabs was somewhat difficult, this is the neighborhood's fault and not Ludovica's. Thank you very much for everything!!

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

What an amazin experience, i don't even know where to begin to describe all the advantages of this apartment. Spotless cleanliness, very easy check-in, unusual customer care, warm hosts. In the apartment you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a tourist cooler with inserts, a hat, sunglasses, SPV filter, many cosmetics... I could go on and on. In nearby Pula there are several very good restaurants. In 25-30 minutes you can reach spectacular sandy beaches. I recommend this place. I can not wait to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Emilio’s place – the location was perfect, and the bikes provided made it super easy to cycle one way to the town with all the restaurants and the other to the beach and Roman ruins. The apartment was faultless – every detail felt thoughtfully considered. From beach towels and toiletries to a stocked fridge and plenty of coffee pods, everything was there to make us feel at home. We especially loved the outdoor area for breakfast in the mornings. Free and secure parking within a gated part of the property was a real bonus. Emilio was also very flexible with our check-in which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend!

Responsive hosts, courteous , no communication issues The apartment was impeccably clean! There were all the necessary kitchen utensils, of good quality; as well as dishwasher , washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms , spacious bathroom .. beach essentials; the place is in a complex , very quiet and secure a few km from the first beaches On the other hand , the apartment being on the ground floor, it is dark in the parental room, bathroom and kitchen; the bedding is a little hard but it's only my taste The garden with BBQ , table and chairs is a plus we enjoyed We recommend this property for a stay in the south near the beaches.

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

This place is an absolute insider tip! The location right by the sea is unbeatable – every evening we could enjoy spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: everything is modern, lovingly decorated and very well maintained. We would like to highlight the hosts Taty and Luca – incredibly warm, helpful and always with great tips about the area. Whether restaurants, excursions or hidden beaches – we discovered so much thanks to their recommendations! A place to feel good and relax. We will definitely be back!

Marina's accommodation is in a very convenient location, from which you can easily walk to the town center. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The lady was very kind, flexible in schedules and helpful. Highly recommended

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Lovely villa in Eden Rock with great views over the sea from top floor terrace and lower floor terrace. BBQ next to seating on top floor is great for entertaining. Apartment is well laid out and would suit various group sizes esp 4 adults and 2-3 children. Minimalist style makes it easy to use and find everything. Noemi the local host is really responsive and helpful. She meets you at the barriers for the complex and shows you the way up to the apartment in the road. Lots of recommendations available. Note circa 20 steps down from the parking to the front door.

Rarely encountered such a clean Airbnb. Very well located and well decorated apartment. You feel at home! I recommend it in a second.

The house was really great for my and my girlfriend's needs: clean, tidy and comfortable. The area is very quiet and safe, we never cared about anything. Very kind and always available both Mrs. Silvana and Mrs. Susanna, they made us feel pampered and for that we thank you very much. Surely, if we were to return to Sardinia, the first accommodation we would consider would be just this!

It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!
