The 60 m² apartment consists of a living area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and thus accommodates 4 people.Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine, television and air conditioning.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

When you arrive at the villa you realize that it is completely immersed in the Mediterranean scrub with a pretty pond nearby with some local wild animals, especially birds and ducks. The large garden (over 1000 sqm) has a well-kept lawn that completely covers it. The pool (10x5) is quite large but very safe, as it has a maximum depth of about 1.15 cm. A beautiful and large veranda covers 3 sides of the villa and provides a beautiful shade in the summer.
