This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en este alojamiento en Cancún. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento, siempre pendiente de cualquier detalle para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. El lugar está hermoso, muy bien cuidado y decorado con mucho gusto. Cada detalle del alojamiento hace que te sientas como en casa. El condominio es un espacio muy agradable para estar, con un ambiente tranquilo y seguro que nos permitió disfrutar al máximo de nuestros días en Cancún. Definitivamente, recomendaría este lugar ampliamente a cualquier persona que busque una estancia cómoda, bien ubicada y con un anfitrión excepcional. Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Absolutely loved the place. The views from every floor are spectacular! Great location away from the busier side of the island. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The host helped arrange a golf cart for us too. Highly recommend!!

Great location! Home was clean and had beautiful views of the ocean. We had a great time in Cancun and this home was perfect for our family of five. Hosts were very communicative and always responded when reaching out to them. We recommend this beautiful home for families.

Mely and Woody’s place was just as described. Beautiful double balconies, all of the amenities you could need for a great day at the beach. The restaurant suggestions of Los Amigos and La Bamba…don’t miss these spots the food and service were too notch! The place is within walking distance of all the Cancun party fun yet far enough away that you can get a good nights sleep in the comfy bedding. Great easy check-in, and transportation arrangements were seamless. If we could give Gustavo 5 stars we would do that too! If we are ever back in Cancun we would surely stay here again.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et est très pratique. L’arrivée très ludique bec des explications claires. Correspond parfaitement à un logement utiles pour familles ou groupes d’amis. Les point de récupération des activités en bus ne sont pas loin ce qui est très pratique. Bravo à Raul et Elisa qui ont veiller par message à ce que le séjour ce soit dérouler au mieux possible. Merci beaucoup, je recommande 100%

Fantastic location just steps from the beach and close to all the popular clubs, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The place stays cool with strong AC, perfect for staying comfortable even on the hottest days. It’s an ideal spot for experiencing Cancunwithout paying resort prices especially great for longer stays.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Great home in a nice area of cancun. many shops within walking distance, and a short drive or Uber to the hotel district and beaches. we stayed in two houses on the street for a family reunion and we loved our time there.

Todo coincidía con las fotos, lugar tranquilo, nos sentimos como en casa, definitivamente lo recomiendo!

La ubicación del departamento estuvo súper céntrica, para la central de ADO y la zona hotelera, había supermercados (Soriana, Walmart, Chedraui, costco) a unos 20 minutos aproximadamente caminando. En cuestión del departamento estaba limpio, y fresco a la llegada, ya que habían prendido el aire acondicionado que está en la recámara principal, este funciona muy bien al refrescar el departamento. Gaby que fue nuestra anfitriona, estuvo al pendiente de todo, contestaba súper rápido a nuestras dudas. En resumen, tuvimos una excelente estadía 10/10

This was the first time we tried to do Airbnb instead of staying at a resort. The fact that this listing is pretty much inside a resort/hotel gave us the best of both worlds! Everything was exactly how he had described, and he truly did have the best deals for all the excursions. Agustin was great and I definitely plan on staying here again!

Super logement qui correspond exactement aux photos et à la description. Les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles et nous ont accommodés pour notre heure de départ. Communication facile. Je recommande ce logement qui est à quelques pas d'une superbe plage et qui offre la piscine à quelques mètres du logement.

Excelente alojamiento, la vista es increíble. De las amenidades todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir en casa, desde la cocina hasta el baño y demás . Sin duda volvería!

La casa estaba tal y como lo describían en la publicación, todo estuvo muy bien, está en una zona tranquila, la verdad nos encantó y la próxima vez que regresemos esperamos contar con este alojamiento

Gran lugar para hospedarse, Frankie nos explicó muy bien las reglas tanto del Hotel como del condominio y de las actividades que se llevan a cabo en este lugar. Sin duda SI regresaría a hospedarme ahí ya que cuentan con un Waterpark ideal para los niños y el hotel te da la facilidad de un all inclusive for day por si tienes ya otras actividades en tu agenda ( muy recomendable). No me queda más que agradecer a Frankie por su disponibilidad, hospitalidad y trato que nos brindó. Saludos,

If you want an amazing location in Cancun without all the party crowd, this is the place for you. Amazing view, private pool and beach are just down the steps (steep) from your balcony. And they're an on-site restraunt and bar at the pool. This place isn't fancy, but the view and pool make it well worth the price.

Excelente todo!! la instrucciones de llegada fueron clara e incluso nos permitió resguardar nuestras maletas con anticipación y se agradece muchísimo pocos anfitriones lo permiten actualmente nos dieron al bienvenida y nos mostraron las amenidades del departamento, la verdad quedamos encantados el departamento, la alberca, la zona muy tranquila y si no llevas auto te puedes mover en todo momento en la ruta 1 o uber, el anfitrión también nos hizo algunas recomendaciones nos sentimos como en casa, no queríamos irnos, la alberca es enorme, descansamos muy bien y sin duda se siente que esmeran por mantener todo bien para su huésped e insisto se agradece, no duden en reservarlo créenme valdrá la pena, como menciona justo en frente sale el embarcadero de xailing a isla mujeres, otra cosa también cuenta con lavadora instrucciones claras para su uso, confirmo recomiendo totalmente el alojamiento.

AMAZING VIEWS!! This place was very clean from the inside. Gianmarco responded very quickly & even left welcome drinks which was great to cool off. The AC was very powerful and kept the whole room cool.
