Perfect mountain idyll in a perfect ambience. The Sova Suite offers tranquillity and creates new energy. This 65 m² apartment provides space for up to 4 people and convinces with its tasteful, modern interior with clean lines and pure elegance. The suite impresses with its excellent equipment: Two bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds ensure restful nights, while two bathrooms make morning routines easier. A private sauna is also part of the apartment and increases the feel-good factor.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Above Gröbming and only 20 minutes from Schladming, our house is located at 1,200 m on the Michaelerberg. The picturesque natural scenery offers countless opportunities to enjoy all seasons: The ski paradise of the Schladming-Dachstein region in conjunction with Ski amadé is at your doorstep. The Enns Valley offers several 18-hole golf courses and a variety of hiking and biking tours. From the end of May to mid-October, our guests can enjoy the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card.

The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. There are more bedrooms in the attic. Simple amenities.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Dream Chalet Ski In/Out with Sauna and Whirlpool

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.

Apartment on the ski slope, 1 km to the golf course

The cozy apartment in the house is located directly on the ski slope. On the lower floor there is a private ski room, from which you can go directly to the Hauser Kaibling valley station in a few minutes. In summer, it is ideal for hiking, cycling or golfing. Especially suitable for couples or families, with a spacious bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.

Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
