The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.
