Great location, the place was neat and tidy. Highly recommend staying here. Silvana is lovely person and very helpful. She loves hosting and talking with her guests. She recommended restaurants, grocery stores, which trails to take and which towns to visit along the way.

The apartment matched the description of the listing. 15 minute drive to entrance 2 at Plitvice Lakes. A few good restaurants nearby and a big grocery store also. Branislav's father met us upon arrival and showed us the flat. If we could give 6 stars it would go to her father, there were eggs,milk, butter and jam in the fridge and he brought us fresh bread each morning by 7:30.

We really enjoyed Ruza's place. Her homemade juice was also very delicious

We were able to check in early which was great, Maria greeted us and was lovely and helpful. We loved the house and the area. Plitvice national park was stunning! We also enjoyed the visits from the friendly local dogs and a black and white cat!

High value apartment just a few km from the entrances to Plitvice. Accurate pictures, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. Very good value. The host was personable, helpful, and well-traveled herself and easy to talk with. Consider taking an extra day to explore the area outside of Plitvice. We especially enjoyed dipping into Bosnia to see the Ostrožac Castle and the Bihoć fortress, and would like to have hiked in Una NP (but get there through Bihoć; the road that Google maps take you to that is due east is not a border crossing).

If you want to visit the national park, this is a pretty good location. We had rainy weather both days, but it was a peaceful & comfortable stay.

Thomas and his parents were some of the best hosts we have encountered in our month in Croatia! We were greeted by Thomas’s father who welcomed us with a glass of plum brandy. There were drinks and snacks to help us settle right in after a long drive from Split. Enjoyed talking with Thomas and his family in the evening, where the shared their family’s history, homemade dessert and made lots of recommendations for us to enhance our stay. Loved the eggs from their hens!

I had a wonderful stay at IRIS Room & Apartment! The host was very responsive and kind throughout the booking and check-in process. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable — just what I needed after a long travel day. Everything matched the description perfectly, and I appreciated the little touches like the available spices in the kitchen. The location was also convenient for exploring the nearby area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting and would happily stay here again. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Sandra is awesome!! We were very comfortable immediately. She took good care of us. Best service ever! Wonderful view from the terrace. There is everything you need in the accommodation. We cannot say enough good things about Branka, Daniel, and their daughters Emma and Klara. They are wonderful, most welcoming people, and it was a pleasure getting to know them. The apartment itself is one of a kind, cosy and welcoming. It has everything one needs for a pleasant stay and it's spotless. Moreover, the hosts will endeavour to accommodate any need you may have. If you are looking for a place that is the very definition of a quiet stay, look no further. The accommodation is at a reasonable distance from both the lakes and Zagreb, so it's and excellent base to explore this part of the Balkans. What more to add? We could not recommend it enough!

Impeccable accommodation. Apartment very well located to get to the national park. Maximum 10 minutes by car. Otherwise, the surroundings are rather quiet. The communication was very good. Clean accommodation and everything you need as shown in the pictures.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

The apartment has an amazing view and is very well located. Our check-in was early, which helped us a lot. The host was very kind to us.

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.

We stayed at this apartment in Korenica as a group of six, and everything was great. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, with clear instructions sent in advance, so check-in went smoothly. The apartment was clean, fresh, and very well equipped — everything you might need and even more: a capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, plenty of towels, a heater, and blackout blinds. You can really tell the owners care about their guests’ comfort. The location is also excellent — just about 15 minutes by car to Plitvice Lakes, with shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the view from the window is lovely, especially in the morning. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we were all comfortable throughout our stay. A great option if you’re looking for a place near the national park.
