Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Rieti

Had a great time here. It's a beautiful property on a series of levels - an upper garden with seating and fabulous views of the valley of the Nera river, a courtyard level and then the lower level with the swimming pool. House oozes character. It's well equipped and nicely appointed. Air con in the bedrooms worked well. Beds were very comfortable and the area is quiet. We loved having breakfast and dinner outdoors with a view of the rooftops and bell towers of Narni. The town has incredible architecture and some great restaurants. Because of the property's split levels and steep stairs down to the pool, I wouldn't recommend it for older people or very young children, but otherwise a really lovely find. It's also quite a steep walk from the centre of town up to the property. Entry gate to the upper parking area is a little tight by UK standards but we fitted an Audi Q3 through with no problem. Would happily stay again.

The apartment, a remodeled medieval church quarters, is stunning, and we loved our stay. Ilaria met us at the door when we arrived, explained everything we needed to know, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and other things to see in Spoleto. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

Mary's House (or rather Mary's Villa) was super cozy, comfortable, and spacious. We only stayed for one night (unfortunately) we had a great time, large patio, super-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and our cars were a stone's throw from the house. The children had a great time in the outdoor space, with the swing and the large garden. Niccolò was super helpful and kind! If you want to visit the area or relax in peace and quiet with a beautiful and comfortable pool, I recommend booking with us and you will spend unforgettable moments! Thank you Nicolò!!

We stayed at Giuliani's place for a couple of nights. The house is very big and comfortable and well equipped, the garden and the barbecue is a big plus. We found the communication with Giuliano very nice and efficient. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had informed her of at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk, and fruit juice. In the kitchen there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, toast, various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, and affable, and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, very fragrant towels, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer of a decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

I loved my stay at Marta’s apartment! The apartment is amazing, and much larger than the pictures show. Marta was so welcoming and sweet and easy to communicate with. Great location also, several bars and restaurants on the piazza and a short walk to the sights and the mountain nearby. Will definitely book again for my next trip to Spoleto.

Simon and Chiara are great hosts, perfect communication, they waiting us later evening in the house, every day Chiara prepare and bring super breakfast, give to us a lot useful informations about trips. Apartment is clean, very cozy, with air conditioning - we need heating every day, was cold weather during the night. Finally view from the balcony is amazing, I never forgot morning coffee on this place. Definitely I can recommended this place, we would like come back. Thanks Chiara and Simon

Very clean and tidy apartment in the 2000s style full of lights. The equipment is very welcome to have a full breakfast in the house.

Nice, spacious house, surprisingly private. The house is a bit off the road in a small neighborhood with other houses. Locals, including Adriana (who received us), live in the other houses.

Spectacular farmhouse, with garden equipped with ping pong table, bbq corner, deck chairs, swimming pool. We were 10 and 2 children. We were very comfortable. common room with a large fireplace and a wood-burning oven. a rustic and beautiful estate

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

Beautiful experience, quiet and peaceful villa. We found a cozy and refurbished cottage, clean and tidy and with every comfort necessary to feel at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, as well as the bathroom. The pool was wonderful and refreshing, and we spent two afternoons of total relaxation, surrounded by greenery and away from the chaos of the city. Friendly and helpful hosts for everything. The home was so very comfortable and the view was absolutely amazing!

This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings.
