An orchard with about 50 fruit plants, where you can pick seasonal fruit. There is Wi-Fi and a heating system, 3 Smart TVs and a washing machine in the warehouse

It has a 5000 square meter garden with English lawn, saltwater pool, olive trees, fruit trees and antique roses. The winery is 500 mt away, therefore, if you’d like, you will breathe the atmosphere of a place where wine is made. You are welcome to visit the cellar for wine tasting and to walks in the vineyards.

Surrounded by 5 hectares of olive grove property. An enchanted place for lovers of the unspoiled countryside. I don't recommend booking for those who are too urban.

Large country house with a large and beautiful swimming pool located on a gentle hill just out of the center of San Gemini (one of the most beautiful Italian small town).
