The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

Peace, tranquility and beauty. We really felt at home. The villa is located in a secluded and enchanting place, in the green Sabine hills but still not far from the town of Magliano Sabina. Spacious and welcoming house, tastefully furnished with personality, well cleaned. A refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city; an excellent landing point to rest and stay during a visit to a very beautiful and not sufficiently known area such as Sabina; very close to Tuscia. Equipped with everything you need, the outdoor spaces are enjoyable, with the beautiful garden overlooking the patio where you can eat or relax. The large and beautiful living room and the cozy dining room are a more than pleasant solution in case of bad weather, well connected to the patio and garden and well lit. Always available, courteous and friendly both Daniela, Daniela, the house contact, and Marco, our host. We will return for other visits and maybe even for smart working (thanks to the wifi present).

We stayed at Giuliani's place for a couple of nights. The house is very big and comfortable and well equipped, the garden and the barbecue is a big plus. We found the communication with Giuliano very nice and efficient. Overall a very pleasant stay!

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

Alice's place is wonderful and set in a beautiful Umbrian countryside. The apartment felt very cosy and comfortable, clean and overall very relaxing. Alice and her family are great hosts who ensured we have a lovely stay. Highly recommended! :)

The house is a jewel with a spectacular lake view. Mr. Bruno is a delight and super accommodating person.

We stayed at this cozy structure for 2 nights, it is immersed in the silence and tranquility of a beautiful beech. Getulio was very helpful with us, good dinner and great breakfast with donut and jam from their production, he also gave us some "tips" on the routes to do nearby. Strategic and well-connected location. From the property, you can easily reach a path that passes through the beech tree and leads to beautiful viewpoints (perfect for those who dedicate themselves to trekking) We will be back with pleasure! Danilo is the most amazing host! He helped was very open and wanted to help us at all times. The house is amazing and so is the view and area. We were there for a wedding and he was so nice to bring us to the venue. Best host you can wish for!

From Mauritius you can expect all its hospitality and availability, a person attentive to the needs of guests. The house is very clean and recently renovated and is located 2 kilometers from Narni, very convenient to get there. I highly recommend a vacation in Narni and the knowledge of Maurizio. It was our pleasure.

If you are looking for a place to regenerate your body and mind, you are in the right place. We stayed two nights in this beautiful cottage, far from the chaos; the welcome was impeccable, the lady super kind and very nice. In addition to the beautiful atmosphere, the highlight was the barbecue. We left a piece of our heart here, and we hope to have the opportunity to return ♥️

Ornella super host, always kind and caring, ready to meet all needs. We went to this apartment (perfect for 4 as two even separate couples who want their separate spaces) and although the renovation was not 100%, the house was extremely cozy.
