Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Ogliastra

there were three of us here. A lot of space and very very nice house/apartment. More beautiful than in the pictures. Great view from the terrace. Grill/ dishwasher / washing machine, etc. Everything was very clean. We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back! Very friendly host. Thanks again!

Matteo’s place was excellent! A walkable apartment with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay here. Matteo was so helpful and sent detailed instructions for finding the apartment, parking and getting in. He stopped by to check on us, too, and sent many helpful recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities. The place was spotless and in a great location, exactly as described. There were plenty of clean towels and other necessary amenities (soap/shampoo bars, kitchen supplies, umbrella for the beach, etc.) We wish we had more time here and will certainly book with Matteo when we can come back!

A short stay expess but everything was perfect, the owner is really very welcoming he gave us lots of good tips for a great holiday. Everything was prepared with care and the accommodation is tastefully decorated. We hope to be back soon.

We were very comfortable. Milena was very nice and provided a lot of information about the area. Location and setting, idyllic!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafes, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away which is very nice and convenient. Great location in a quiet spot in the mountainous old town of Baunei. When we arrived we found the host had left a bottle of Vermentino wine and local pastries for us. The flat is an old traditional stone building but it has been renovated and it's equipped with everything one needs, including a washing machine. Everything was in working order. The south-facing roof terrace offers an amazing view onto Santa Maria Navarrese, Arbatax and the coast nearby. We also spotted a gecko while chilling on the roof terrace at the sun set.

Giorgio and Maria are very friendly and friendly. We had a wonderful 10 days with them. They gave us fruits and vegetables and we started playing ping pong. We will definitely be back. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING GIORGIO and MARIA!

June 2023. Great and nice welcome at check-in (even, as a welcome, Claudia had the kind thought of giving us  a pack of Sardinian sweets!). The double room reserved for us (with access to a terrace for our exclusive use) was clean, well furnished and airy, as well as the bathroom reserved for guests and, ultimately, as well as everything else in the apartment. In the large kitchen (complete with everything and more), Claudia had left us everything we needed to have breakfast during our stay. The village of Settimo San Pietro is clean and quiet. Claudia is a kind, helpful, sunny person and attentive to the well-being of the guests and in her home we felt totally comfortable.

Just as described. Clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. The view was great! Very welcoming host. Would stay here again!

We had a great time at Giuseppe's. In addition to Giuseppe's exemplary welcome, we were delighted by the smell of orange blossom that floated in the air (the house is located on an orange and lemon farm). The white villa lived up to our expectations. The small covered terrace is ideal for enjoying the BBQ. Very well located for exploring the area, we enjoyed this wild and beautiful nature, between the red mountains, the gorges/chasms, but also the beaches with turquoise waters in the preserved coves. A real treat for the senses (it really is a feast for the eyes!). Ideally located for shopping and small restaurants that can be discovered on foot after a beautiful day of hiking. In short, we loved our stay at Giuseppe's. Thanks again for hosting us and special mention for the oranges and fresh lemons that we enjoyed at breakfast! Looking forward to coming back ;-)

beautiful house, large, cared for in every detail, the scent as soon as you enter and the scent of soaps tell you a lot about the care you take, congratulations. It is reached through a small dirt road and is isolated in the most absolute peace... but with all the comforts of a newly renovated house. We took advantage of the location to reach Cala Gonone and take a boat trip (40 min south), highly recommended, and to reach the biderosa oasis (25 min north). For anything, Giovanna is very affordable.

What a lovely place! Great view, right close to the beautiful beach and very private. There was lots of toys and activities at the house so also the kids were never bored! The host was super helpful, when we had some questions she answered straight away, they even had made a great little map to find all the places for shopping, eating and snorkeling. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back

Glenn's house is very nice and cozy, with typical details of the houses of the time, from the floors to the ceiling. Everything has been chosen with taste and love for detail, as well as attention to the modern comforts of a large, practical kitchen and two completely new bathrooms! We had a good time, although in November there are not many activities open but in a few minutes you can reach the other countries and in just 20/30 minutes the much larger and served Oristano. Recommended location

Beautiful view with sunrise if you're an early riser! The house is perfectly equipped, just like home! The pool is lovely when it's hot! Anna and Elisabeta are very welcoming, available and responsive We had a pleasant stay with the family!

We’ve stayed at 70+ Airbnb’s now, but this one stands out - clearly one of the best! Leonardo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the place was brand new with good facilities and appliances, and the views: just fantastic! A couple of evenings with the jacuzzi, a glass of wine and overlooking the stunning surroundings. Also the breakfasts outdoors with the same views. Magical! We were 4 people and came for hiking and did ‘path of the eagles’ and (part of) the Sardinia trail starting at the Foxi Manna beach (look them up at Alltrails - they are really nice). Also very much enjoyed the Foxi Manna beach - pristine and not at all busy in early June. The Jerzu restaurants are within walking distance (it’s a fairly steep walk down) and perhaps not a lot to chose from but the hospitality (and food) was great. We already miss the place and hope to come back one day. Thanks Leonardo - you rock! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything you need. Surrounded by nature but with all the amenities within walking distance. The best thing about the house is the outdoor shower, surrounded by vegetation. And having fresh eggs every day… fantastic. A plus for the house. The host was a 10, she left us excellent welcome food, always very helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Samassi for family reasons and with a one-year-old girl. The host Eleonora provided us with clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, and once we entered we found a great welcome with coffee pods, cappuccino, necessary for breakfast and water. The house was small but comfortable and with everything you need, including the camping crib for the child. There is a washer and dryer that we did not need to use but that would surely have been very useful in case of a longer stay. Very clean, tidy and in an easily accessible and quiet location. A special thank you to Eleonora who was very kind, helpful and very present throughout our stay. We'll see you soon. 😊

Apartment upon arrival was spotless. Clean and tidy, a very nice space. It was close to supermarkets and a short drive to Cagliari centre - roughly 15/20mins. Black out blinds are incredible and are truly blackout! Aircon is great in both the kitchen/living area and the bedroom, the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Washer dryer is great but the dryer isn’t always an option for every item of clothing so a clothes drying rack would benefit the space, along with an iron. Great overall but a couple of small negatives, lack of kitchen knives, only one sharp steak knife and we cooked here on multiple occasions, no clothes drying rack, no iron and minimal coat hangers. Small additions to make it a real 10/10 but the apartment is super clean and tidy and in a good location. We would recommend and we’d stay again knowing what extras we mind need to bring! Alessandro was a great host and was very responsive!

We had a wonderful stay in Dominico's cottage. The cottage is part of the hotel/apartment complex Gli Ontani and was located on the very clean and tidy swimming pool. The cottage is very well equipped for decent meals to be able to cook decent meals. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a very nice beach within walking distance of the cottage. We thought it was a great base from which to discover the area. We can recommend it to everyone and if we want to stay in that area again we would definitely book this again. Domenico responds quickly in good English. With a word a great location to stay at.

Large and very functional apartment, equipped with everything, ideal for 2 families traveling together. Quick and effective communication with the host. To know: it is on the third floor without an elevator

Cristina is an excellent host, always available for any questions or requests. The apartment is spacious, bright, clean, quiet and full of details that made our stay very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

a cozy and essential place, closed in a shared patio, great for those with small children, because there are no dangers that go out into the street and there are equipped gardens right next to the gate. A place from which it is easy to get around to reach wonderful beaches or ponds with flamingos.

Discharge upon arrival: reception asking for a voucher that we did not have, obligation to pay linen and tourist tax not indicated in the listing, Sara unreachable. We asked AirBnb to step in and we were promptly refunded the linen. Upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment instead of 2 and a large and very nice terrace. The apartment is spacious. The equipment matches the listing. A microwave is missing, which would be convenient. The residence was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool very much during our stay, there are also tables and chairs in a pleasant common garden. The location is good, a little far from the beach (15-20 min walk for the nearest), nearby there are 3 supermarkets (about 5-7 min walk for the 3), many restaurants and ice cream parlors on the beach road. There are beautiful beaches walking a little north and we are right next to the Biderosa nature reserve: a must!

Fabrizio's house is very clean, new furniture, comfortable mattresses, efficient appliances, well equipped both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Convenient parking in the yard. The village of Uta is located near fast roads and has supermarkets equipped with everything. Fabrizio is a great host.
