We arrived in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Bologna and found a complex of apartment houses. We easily found Alessandro's, and you went up the stairs and upstairs there was a large terrace with a table and chairs, a beautiful place to enjoy, you entered and the apartment was very large. Everything smelled clean, the air worked great, the shower, the bed was very comfortable and not a little light came through the blinds. And best of all, there was a restaurant downstairs with a table and chairs in the garden, so we had dinner sorted (we had been traveling and didn't want to go out again) Everything was amazing and Alessandro helped make everything work. We recommend it!

The accommodation was cozy and comfortable. Carla was a kind and good host. The map she gave me was useful. The room was tidy, and the cute kitchen and bathroom made me feel good! Of course, it was also good functionally. If I come back to Bologna, I'd like to use the same accommodation again.

Carla was very nice and helpful, she provided us with all the necessary information for the area. The apartment is small but very nice, for a couple it is ideal. The area is quiet and close enough to services. If you go to Bologna to attend a concert, it has the ideal location because from the Unipol Arena there are shuttles that leave you close enough to the accommodation at the end of the concert. To go to the center, however, it is further away and you need to take public transport. We had a good time.

The stay was really magical, Lorena and her husband are wonderful people, they made us feel very comfortable, they gave us a lot of recommendations to enjoy the places we visit. Breakfast every morning was a show of flavors and knowledge. Highly recommended

We offer a newly renovated mini-apartment on the first floor of an early 20th-century building at 200 meters from the city center, 30 minutes walking distance from Piazza Maggiore. Outside the limited traffic area and well connected by various direct buses to the airport, train station and the Bologna Fiere district.
