The views and serenity found at this place are unmatched. The owners are extrememly kind and responsive. The town is very calm. There is a nice grocery store by bus in the neighboring city Vergato. If you need a bus, look up the daily schedule via Google Maps. Any questions and the owners will help you.

Alberto en zijn team hebben ons zeer hartelijk ontvangen. De knusse locatie was perfect voor ons om Bologna te bezoeken, de omgeving te verkennen en heerlijk te ontspannen. Alberto is een zeer attente gastheer.

Amazing apartment for the price. 3 full bedrooms with 2 baths. Huge living room and kitchen. Great for big companies and families. The only thing, for the apartment of this size, I think it’s preferable to have more than one set of keys. Has all the amenities and heating worked perfectly. The host responded very quickly.

Ci ha spiegato e mandato tutto per tempo in modo da arrivare tranquilli, la casa è stata un sogno e ci ha pure fatto trovare una piccola colazione. La casa splendida, meglio anche che nelle foto. Tutto in ordine e pulitissimo. Inoltre, un plus della casa è stata la cucina super fornita. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Siamo stati davvero bene in questo appartamento! Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’appartamento si trova proprio sotto la loro abitazione, ma abbiamo avuto tutta la privacy di cui avevamo bisogno. Lo spazio interno è un open space, ma molto ampio, curato e accogliente: si respira da subito un’atmosfera calda e rilassante, perfetta per qualche giorno di tranquillità. L’unico piccolo aspetto da considerare è che il bagno non si trova all’interno dell’appartamento, ma in una zona comune adiacente. Tuttavia, è comunque riservato agli ospiti ed è facilmente accessibile. Nel complesso, un’ottima soluzione che consigliamo a chi cerca un posto tranquillo, pulito e con host davvero premurosi!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt in Bologna war sehr schön. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto war einfach und die Tiefgarage ein super Plus. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und uns wurde alles wichtige erklärt. Die Frühstücksoptionen, die uns bereitgestellt wurden, haben wir gerne genutzt. Mit der Buslinie 25 kommt man gut in die Innenstadt. Zu Fuß war uns persönlich beim Sommerwetter der Weg etwas zu weit. Auf jeden Fall eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

This was a lovely spot! It's a great bnb and I would totally recommend to others. The location was perfect for center city activities, and even a walk out to the San Luca church. Our hosts were responsive and very friendly.

L'appartement est très spacieux et propre. Très bonne literie. Nous avons pu profiter du coin terrasse dans le jardin ce qui était très agréable. Ce logement est bien situé dans Bologna, tout le centre ville est accessible à pied. Giorgio est un hôte très accueillant et agréable. Une remarque cependant : nous nous attendions, pour ce prix, pouvoir disposer d'une cafetière électrique, ce qui n'était pas le cas.

Excellent apartment with everything we needed for one night to fly out of Bologna. Very comfortable bedrooms and impeccable bathrooms. Kitchen was really convenient and the expresso machine made our breakfast. Highly recommended and really closed to Bologna airport.

Was für ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei Laura! Sie ist eine unglaublich herzliche und freundliche ältere Dame, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, zu Hause zu sein. Das Schlafzimmer in ihrer Wohnung war gemütlich, und obwohl das Badezimmer geteilt wurde, war es immer makellos sauber. Die Aussicht von ihrem auf einem Hügel gelegenen Haus ist einfach atemberaubend – wir konnten uns kaum sattsehen! Ein absolutes Highlight war das Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Laura verwöhnte uns jeden Morgen mit köstlichen, hausgemachten Marmeladen und frischem Kaffee. So startet man perfekt in den Tag! Auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft war super praktisch. Wir können Lauras Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

The B&B was exactly as described and in a central location with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. Arianna was a great host and offered for us to leave our luggage before we checked in. There was an issue with the WiFi but Arianna was very apologetic and quick to resolve it.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der ruhigen Unterkunft mit Garten. Das kleine Frühstück ist prima! Christina und ihre Tochter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Von Bologna und Modena aus ist man schnell mit Zug und Bus vor Ort. Wir empfehlen einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt dort und bedanken uns sehr 🙂

Lira greeted us, we communicated via Google translate app. She gave great local restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. Room was spacious, comfortable, with extra linens and king bed. En-suite bathroom, plenty of hot water. Large breakfast, farm fresh, served by host. Great coffee, pastries and farm products. Guilia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation erfolgt schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus viel unternehmen (Essen, Trinken, Kultur) und in ca 12 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Altstadt von Bologna. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es ruhig zum Schlafen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster sind Ohropax empfehlenswert.

Our stay at Ilaria's apartment was really nice – there was everything you need, from a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and a nice breakfast in the morning. We had a good time and we were super thankful for the easy and friendly communication and for Ilaris' help and support with getting a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay.

Stefano is everything you want in an Airbnb host. He greeted us as we drove up and showed us around. He offered a well priced breakfast of homemade jams and bread and fresh fruit. One day while sitting in the common area he brought out homemade syrup that we mixed with water for a delicious treat. The place itself is wonderful to relax. Comfy bed and a private balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast every morning was on the patio with another exceptional view. After only two days we were feeling incredibly refreshed.
