L’appartamento di Massimiliano è molto comodo e spazioso essendo un open space con cucina ben fornita e letti molto comodi . Ottima zona tranquilla , ma vicinissima al centro di Suvereto e a 20 minuti circa dal mare con area esterna sempre molto utile . Host molto gentile e preciso e indicazioni molto precise per l’appartamento. Nel complesso giudizio molto positivo e speriamo di poterci tornare !

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft überzeugt nicht nur wegen der tollen Lage und Umgebung, sie war auch wunderbar eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Ranieri. Er war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great stay with our friends and made some great memories. would recommend the accommodation, as well as the hosts, and would definitely stay again. Kind Regards, Boyd and Naomi

La casa appare come descritta nell'annuncio, posizione ottimale per chi non vuole stressarsi con parcheggi e traffico, a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Livorno e a due minuti dal centro commerciale, scelta strategica di vuole tranquillità e comodità. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön gelegen, sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der große Pool war ein Highlight – ideal zum Entspannen und Erfrischen an warmen Tagen. Die Umgebung war ruhig und bot herrliche Ausblicke auf die toskanische Landschaft. Cristina war eine fantastische Gastgeberin – herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.

Villino Isotta è un alloggio che lascia senza fiato, super in ogni aspetto: posizione, pulizia, tutte le camere da letto sono climatizzate, le cucine ed i bagni ampiamente accessoriati, a pochi passi parcheggio gratuito e un caffè aperto fino a tarda sera. All'esterno un patio con vista sulle colline e poi il barbecue, e infine piscina dotata di ogni confort (doccia calda, vasca idromassaggio, lettini, wifi, ecc ecc). Ultimo ma non ultimo l'host Andrea, che ringrazio per l'incredibile e costante attenzione nei riguardi dei suoi ospiti dal primo istante (accogliendoci con un aperitivo di benvenuto) fino all'ultimo. Sempre presente ma mai invadente, sempre disponibile con consigli per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile, una persona dal cuore immenso che gestisce con passione e serietà questo alloggio. E' stata dura tornare a casa, ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

Wir durften vier wunderschöne Wochen dort verbringen. Das Haus ist einfach, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Veranda und der Garten sind ein Highlight. Bäcker, Mini-Markt, Metzger, diverse kleine Restaurants, eine Bar direkt am Meer sind alle fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Menschen dort sind wahnsinnig nett! Francesco ist äußerst aufmerksam! Er hatte Kaffee, einen Obstkorb, Zutaten für ein erstes Essen und eine Flasche Wein bereitgestellt, sodass wir nicht direkt einkaufen mussten. Und er war bei Fragen und für Tipps jederzeit erreichbar! Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

We had 8 wonderful days at Vallorsi, and didn’t wanna leave. Lovely pool, wine tasting, friendly people and just amazing views and environments. Tasty wines and beverages was available against pay when checking out which was convenient since you needed a car to go to the store. However - The store, big and well sorted, was just 5 km away We will be back for sure!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche im Haus von Caterina. Sie und Ihr Mann sind wunderbare, aufmerksame Gastgeber. 😄 Die Villa ist von einem wunderbaren eingezäunten Naturparadies umgeben, perfekt um Ruhe zu genießen. Alte große Bäume spenden Schatten, perfekt um im tollen Garten zu verweilen, alles sehr gepflegt, auch das Haus. Das Highlight war natürlich der Pool mit Panorama auf das nächste Städchen. Abends kann man in den Büschen und auch vom Wintergarten/Wohnzimmer Glühwürmchen beobachten, sehr romantisch. In etwa 30 Min. ist man am Meer und auch weitere Infrastruktur, Supermarkt etc erreichbar. Caterina war stets freundlich, hat uns mit Restauranttipps versorgt und auch die Anreisebeschreibung war sehr genau. Die letzten Meter Zufahrt zum Haus sind etwas holprig aber jeden Meter Wert. Alles in allem hatten wir bis auf etwas viel Wind die perfekte Urlaubswoche. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ❤️ Grazie Caterina, tutto è stato perfetto 👌Cordiali saluti Birgit, Christoph e famiglia

Staying at the castle was truly a dream come true! What a magnificent place, and the village and people were so friendly and helpful! Our breakfast was so fresh and tasty every morning, and so plentiful. Staying at LaSassa was one of the highlights of our entire stay in Italy, and you truly felt like a king and queen! The renaissance details, authentic stone, painting and old touches really added to the charm. I was so sad to leave, and would recommend everyone to stay at this truly unique and wonderful place!! It was so nice to be away from the crowds of Rome and Florence, and the view of the Tuscan Valley from the top of the castle was breathtaking! I can’t say enough wonderful things about staying at the castle. Thank you so much Giacomo and staff for your wonderful hospitality, and making our trip to Italy the trip of a lifetime!!

Das Anwesen Vitaverde hat für uns alles was wir brauchen um schnell runter zu kommen und uns wohl zu fühlen: ruhige Umgebung, tolle Natur (hoffentlich bleibt sie auch weiterhin so bestehen) und Landschaft, es riecht auch so gut dort, 😊 der Blick aufs Meer … Viele Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar: Pisa, Florenz, das Meer, … tolle Radtouren sind hier möglich und es gibt total süsse Restaurants. Tamara und Roger sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Schön sie kennen gelernt zu haben.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Lena. Die Apartments sind sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und der Blick beim Frühstück über die Toskana ist einfach atemberaubend schön. Wer die Chance hat bei Lena und ihren geliebten 4 Beinern zu übernachten - wird sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlen und eine wunderbare , ganz besondere Zeit haben, sodass man am Ende gar nicht mehr abreisen möchte.

Una fuga improvvisata di 4 giorni...4 magnifici giorni per staccare dalla routine..e qua si stacca sul serio! Siamo arrivati in questo paradiso io,il mio compagno e la nostra bulletta pelosa,che hanno trattato come una principessa..già l'accoglienza è stata strepitosa...Valentino e sua mamma sono persone squisite, molto gentili e disponibili, ti fanno sentire a casa..lui un ragazzo giovane ambizioso e ben educato,pronto a dare consigli sui posti,i vari ristoranti,le varie attività,ci ha fatto fare un tour dell'agriturismo che lui stesso cura minuziosamente, facendoci assaggiare prodotti dal suo orto e delle fragole...che..beh avevamo dimenticato il vero gusto delle fragole...una piscina mozzafiato veramente a due passi dal nostro appartamento,circondata da vigne e contornata dal solo cinguettio degli uccellini...se cercate un posto per staccare la spina...pulito,ordinato e in completo relax questo fa x voi..torneremo sicuramente e ringraziamo per i meravigliosi giorni passati!🧡

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Querceto verbracht. Der Pool ist der Wahnsinn und hervorragend zu erreichen. Auch das Meer, diverse tolle Restaurants und Städte wie Volterra oder Siena liegen sehr nah. Besonders die Einwohner von Querceto und die Liebe zu Ihrem Ort haben uns beeindruckt. Unser Appartement war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, lediglich Kleinigkeit hätten wir uns noch gewünscht (Putzzeug, Haken für ein Handtuch im Bad). Das ist aber nicht der Rede wert! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können einen Aufenthalt im bezaubernden Querceto nur empfehlen.

Siamo stati benissimo. Appartamento collocato in zona strategica,vicino a tutto. I nostri cani sono stati coccolati al massimo facendoci trovare la ciotola dell’acqua ,scatolette e tante carezze. Tutto pulito ed in ordine, parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze

Check in facile, appartamento sui tetti silenzioso e ben riscaldato. Pulitissimo e bello nelle rifiniture. Atmosfera calda e accogliente con bellissime travi a vista . Luminosa e ariosa. Tutto pratico e perfetto. Letto comodo. Dormito splendidamente

Wunderbare Unterkunft an top Lage! für Leute mit Hunden ideal, man kann die Hunde vom Meer aus auf der Terrasse sehen, sehr gemütlich und privat. Toller Strand, schöne Atmosphäre. Marina ist sehr herzlich und hat alles gegeben damit wir einen tollen Aufenthalt haben. Wau Beach extra für Hunde in der Nähe.

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sauber. Edoardo war super und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, besonders zu den Stränden in der Umgebung. Der Aufenthalt war super, wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Pobyt u Tommaso w jego kamiennym domku w Pecioli był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Miejsce ma niesamowity klimat – rustykalny, ciepły i idealnie wpisujący się w toskański krajobraz. Domek jest urządzony z sercem. Tomaso był zawsze dostępny, pomocny i bardzo życzliwy. To idealne miejsce dla tych, którzy chcą odpocząć w ciszy, z dala od zgiełku i codziennego pośpiechu. Polecam każdemu, kto marzy o prawdziwym wypoczynku w sercu Toskanii. 🌿

We very much enjoyed our stay in Patresi! The flat has everything you need plus an amazing view. Sebastiano, our host, was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed him. We can definitely recommend it.

Alloggio ottimo nel centro di capoliveri con possibilità di parcheggio davanti. L’appartamento è dotato di una terrazza dover poter mangiare ed ammirare una splendida vista sul mare. Licia è stata un host impeccabile molto gentile e sempre pronta a rispondere alle richieste. Inoltre l’appartamento era pulitissimo e attrezzato. Ci torneremo sicuramente a presto
