Family-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Livorno

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (7 & 9 Jahre) einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Poggio al Cassone. Die Städte Pisa, Lucca, Volterra und Florenz haben wir sehr gut erreichen können. Für die Kinder war der Pool das Highlight nach den Ausflügen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, das Appartement wirklich gross und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. :)

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit leckerem Essen und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Lage war wunderschön und die Zeit sehr entspannend. Vielen Dank :)

Splendido luogo tra Cecina e Volterra per soggiornare in piena tranquillità e relax tra le colline toscane, panora e tramonto fantastico. Comodo per visitare borghi medioevali e non lontano dalla famosa costa degli etruschi e per chi ama le città si può raggiungere Pisa e Siena. Fausto è un host fantastico, preciso e disponibilissimo, ma non invadente, ci ha fornito indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare, le spiagge tipiche e anche i ristorantini molto carini nelle vicinanze. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante quello che desideravamo era stare lontano dalla confusione e dallo stress quotidiano, se questo è quello che cerchi qui lo trovi ...sentirai solo il "rumore" delle cicale.

La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön mit einem tollen Garten zum verweilen. Alessandra war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Das Gebäude mit den Unterkünften liegt in mitten eines schönen Campingplatz, von dem man aber nicht viel mitbekommt. 1 min zu Fuss gibt es ein tolles Café und der Strand kann über ein Fussweg von circa 5-10min erreicht werden. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würde ich anmerken, dass in der Küche Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Geschirrtuch und Schwamm fehlten. Dies würde ich eigentlich in einer Ausgestattete Küche erwarten. Ansonsten war die Küche aber gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Pfannen etc.).

Très belle environnement avec une bâtisse du 19 ème siècle qui surplombe la compagne Toscane. une belle piscine au milieu des oliviers. un environnement calme avec un petit village très accueillant par sa population et ses petits commerces très typique. A vivre ! Pascal

Giambattista is a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. Helped us with recommendations for some really good restaurants, events of the moment, itinerary of stuff to do nearby and also took care of our problems throughout the stay. The location is peaceful and beautiful. The jacuzzi with the stunning view was amazing. Bugs easily pass through the doors so they were a bit too much in the house, it’s kind of normal in the mountains and the host helped us promptly with solutions. Recommended for a good experience in the midst of nature.

Wir haben als Paar 1 Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ruhig. Es stand uns ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Zum Einkaufen mit dem Auto waren es nur wenige Minuten, ebenso zu einem weitläufigen Strand. Giulio gab uns diesbezüglich gute Tipps und ist ein freundlicher und sehr netter Gastgeber. Er stellte uns z.B. Sonnenschirme für den Strand zur Verfügung. Der auf einem Hügel gelegene Ort Castagneto Carducci ist ebenfalls nur wenige Autominuten entfernt und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Es gibt schöne Restaurants, Bars, kleine Geschäfte und tolle Ausblicke in die Landschaft. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay in Capoliveri! The apartment was absolutely lovely—very clean, well-equipped, and with a breathtaking view. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and our host Gianfrancesco was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. Elba is a beautiful island with so much to offer, and Capoliveri is truly a dreamlike place to stay. Highly recommended!

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

La casa appare come descritta nell'annuncio, posizione ottimale per chi non vuole stressarsi con parcheggi e traffico, a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Livorno e a due minuti dal centro commerciale, scelta strategica di vuole tranquillità e comodità. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf die Toskana und das Meer. Man fühlt sich als wäre man allein in der Toskana da man keine direkten Nachbarn hat. Man muss zwar auf Schotterwegen zum Haus fahren uns hat das nicht gestört und es lohnt sich. Paola war einer super Gastgeberin und immer gut zu erreichen. Auch für unseren zwei Hunde war es ein super Aufenthalt.

Il Casale di Giovanni è davvero un' oasi di pace e tranquillità dove ricaricare le batterie dopo un anno di lavoro. A soli 10 minuti in auto dalla belle spiagge libere o attrezzate e da numerosi borghi e paesini caratteristici che meritano una visita. La casa è proprio come la descrizione se non meglio, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Giovanni è un host puntuale, preciso e discreto. In una parola: super consigliato!!

La villa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e accessoriata davvero di tutto , sembra di essere a casa propria Il giardino e la terrazza sono splendidi , la vista incantevole e spazia dalla Corsica ( si vede tutte le sere il tramonto) all’isola d’Elba sino alle coste dell’Italia Gli innumerevoli tavoli e sdraio fanno gustare ogni angolo del giardino in modo diverso , la recinzione è comodissima per chi ha cani … i miei sono stati benissimo e si sono goduti il soggiorno correndo e giocando ed è stato molto rilassante il saperli al sicuro Nei dintorni c’è un piccolo alimentari ed un panificio , Sant’Andrea è un piccolissimo paese con una spiaggia stupenda La custode e l’host sempre disponibili Un’esperienza davvero da ricordare Grazie ai proprietari della Villa che hanno pensato davvero a tutto :)

Wie haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Alessandra so genossen! Sie ist so eine liebe, fürsorgliche Gastgeberin, der es wirklich wichtig ist was ihre Gäste denken. Uns war wichtig, dass unser kleiner Zwergpudel mit an den Pool durfte. Selbstverständlich nicht in's Wasser (schwimmen mag sie sowieso nicht) aber dass sie einfach bei uns sein kann. Mit dem Hund von Alessandra hat sie sich auch super verstanden und wir hatten einfach eine total schöne, erholsame und tolle Zeit. Wir kommen auf jedenfall gerne wieder! Super schöne große Wohnung, perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Ruhig gelegen und besonders haben wir uns über den Pool gefreut. Tolle Anlage, sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in San Vincenzo. Sehr schönes kleines Städtchen und es gibt einen tollen Hunde Strand, können wir nur empfehlen. Wir waren 5 Personen und 1 Hund für 12 Tage hier im Urlaub.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Stedet til Andrea var over all forventning. Vi var en vennegjeng på 7 som fikk alt vi trengte og mer. Andrea var utrolig hjelpsom og kjørte til og med til flyplassen for å overlevere en mobil vi hadde glemt. Jeg kan ikke anbefale dette stedet nok. (+ utsikten var til å dø for!)

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus, wir waren mit den Kindern dort - eine klare Empfehlung! Hauseigener Spielplatz, Spielküche Pool, mehr braucht kein Kind für eine Woche. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Ort Montescudiao unweit der Liegenschaft. Italy at ist best! Ein kleines Italienisches Idyll mit Metzger, Bäcker, Kaffeehaus, Trafik und Trattoria UND einem sehr guten gehoben Lokal - Il Frantoio! Einzig es gab keinen Kontakt zum Hauseigentümer da alles professionell von einem Hausbetreuungunternehmen abgewickelt wurde. War aber nicht weiter schlimm, wir kauften Wein und Olivenöl von den umliegenden Bauern und genossen eine schöne Zeit in der Toskana...

Een geweldig huis op een prachtige locatie. In een pittoresk klein dorpje gelegen waan je je in je eigen paleis. Het huis was schoon, het zwembad heerlijk, de tuin goed onderhouden en de host was behulpzaam. Aanrader!

Sehr schönes Airbnb, perfekt um den Urlaub zu genießen! Alles war wie beschrieben, Annamaria und ihr Bruder waren gut zu erreichen falls Fragen waren. Es gibt viel zu sehen in der Umgebung von Pisa bis Florenz und auch das Meer ist nahegelegen.

Abbiamo veramente apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Grazie Massimo per la tua gentilezza e disponibilità, i tuoi consigli e i tuoi pensierini. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento del primo piano con terrazzone immenso. Vista meravigliosa e la ciliegina sulla torta, una bella piscina in un ambiente pulitissimo grazie alla cura costante di Massimo. Spesso la piscina era tutta per noi visto che ci sono solo tre alloggi. Raccomando al 150% a chi vuole visitare la regione e apprezza la tranquillità.

After being scammed by a con artist who advertised a villa that was derelict we found ourselves with nowhere to go to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday. We had a Grandmother over 80 and two children under 3, nine people in total and absolutely no idea where to stay. After a desperate search on air bnb, we found this beautiful villa. Having auto-booked it, we crossed our fingers and hoped we wouldn’t be disappointed when we arrived the next day. I can safely say, we were not. The house is absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful, spotlessly clean and so stylish. It manages to be spacious and airy while retaining a coziness and Tuscan charm that we were originally looking for. Our host, was charming and accommodating. He gave us the privacy to enjoy his home while still being on hand for anything we might need. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable with crisp linens and fans in each for those hot Italian nights. The swimming pool is enormous, perfect temperature and CLEAN thanks to both the man who came to clean it for us and the little robot that chugs around the bottom when we weren’t using it. The kitchen facilities are top notch and our gorgeous host left us a basket with ingredients to make fresh Italian pasta with basil for our first day. He also popped down with a bottle of champagne for the birthday celebration. So kind and thoughtful. The house is in a wonderful village with an exquisite little restaurant nearby that serves some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Situated under an hour from Pisa, Florence and Lucca it’s ideal for day trips. We had an absolutely unforgettable time and if you come to Tuscany I can not recommend this property enough. Thank you to our beautiful host for making the week so perfect. Ciao!
