The apartment was super nice, the highlight is the open living/dining room with the spacious balcony and the great view of the lake. It is impossible to describe how great it was to have breakfast on the balcony and start the day and/or end the day with this view. Everything was taken care of. I'd come back any time!!!

We absolutely loved staying here. The location in Bellano was so charming and peaceful and the apartment is close to the ferry and bus stop. Downstairs we found an awesome gelato spot and some cute restaurants! Marco went above and beyond to communicate and check up on our stay. Everything was clean and modern. The unit was also very spacious. Comfy beds. Nothing bad to say!

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s apartment in Bellagio. The apartment is really lovely, as per the photos (if not nicer in real life), plus you have the use of an outdoor balcony/courtyard (which was ideal for giving our small dog some outdoor space) with patio table and chairs. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the town and a stone’s throw from the ferry service, restaurants, shops and bars. Accessing the apartment by car is a little tight through the narrow ZTL area if you have a SUV-type car, but we were provided with extremely helpful instructions to guide us through. We also really want to highlight just how accommodating, kind and friendly Elisabetta was throughout our stay. She was always available, checked in on how our stay was going and really helped us out by providing us a place to store our luggage after we’d checked out. A standout host! 🩷 We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This Airbnb was the perfect spot for us while staying in Bellagio. It is a walk up a gradual incline so it is a little tricky with suitcases, but doable in under 20 mins! And well worth it—the Airbnb is gorgeous, it has a backyard, a balcony and the view is even better in person than the photos, and it was nice to be away from the crowds during the busy season. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. And the kitchen is quite large! We had all the amenities we needed to cook, and there’s a nearby grocery store. Loved it!

To all who want to sunbathe and shine at Lake Como, you will find yourselves in this accommodation! Because that's how it should be in this home. The stars speak for themselves and so we say goodbye to you, Colico :)

Thank you so much for an amazing stay! The place is beautiful and the views cannot be beat. Michael and Cosima were super responsive at all hours and helped us with anything we needed. The only downside was that we felt the distance from town and any amenities was downplayed. We ended up spending a lot of time, effort and money reaching the lake as it was a long walk down and then getting a taxi back up. Would not recommend with small children if you do not have a car. It was also very hot when we visited so that made it hard as well. The views truly are amazing and we would recommend 10/10 for families with older children that can do the walks. Thank you again!

This is the best place to relax!!!

We had a wonderful time at Elisabetta’s place. The terrace is definitely the best thing at the apartment ! We enjoyed some quiet mornings and evenings there. When we arrived we were surprised with some food products which made us feel at home immediately. She always responded to us within just a few minutes and had beautiful recommendations for us. These few days in Maggiana were just perfect and we’ll definitely come back.

We enjoyed a full week at this beautiful apartment and loved every minute of it. Perledo is a peaceful and friendly village and we not only enjoyed the local cuisine but also to cook and relax in the apartment and on the terrace. You have everything you need and it is very clean and nice furnished. Thanks for this great holiday!

Maria Giuseppina and her husband welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness. They were precise in the directions to reach the Bobbio plans. The apartment is well furnished, well equipped and equipped with all the necessary amenities! They were also very kind to leave a small gift for our 3-year-old son. We highly recommend the apartment. Fantastic stay in San Giovanni. Absolutely stunning views of the lake, and well worth the hike up the road to get there. The home is gorgeous, well maintained, and excellent for small groups. Would highly recommend. That said, it’s not the most accessible if you don’t have a car to drive to the nearby towns, so make sure you bring your walking shoes if so! We loved walking around the beautiful, charming neighbourhood and the surrounding towns. About 20mins to get to Bellagio and there is also a bus. Marzia was extremely helpful and very responsive. A lovely host and very welcoming. We’ll be back!

Villa Lucini is a beautiful and peaceful retreat with stunning views and elegant design. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and every detail has been thoughtfully curated. Perfect for a relaxing getaway—highly recommended!

An absolute gem in a gorgeous setting. And a proactive and kind host!

Marilena and Emilio are warm and eager hosts. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Only a few steps away are restaurants and great ice cream parlors and the beach is within walking distance. There is also a sunbathing lawn with tree shade and a children's playground. The terrace in the apartment has a great view. Unfortunately, she is not child-proof, so we could only use it sometimes

We had a wonderful time at Anastasiya's! The house and grounds are beautiful and you can use everything. The pool is huge and the garden invites you to relax. The house was very clean and there is everything you need. The supermarket is about 3 minutes away by car. The dogs in the enclosure next door are a little loud. We felt very comfortable 😊

Elisa’s place exceeded our already high expectations. We were very excited prior to arrival due to the beautiful design seen in the listing photos, the property was even nicer in person. The work was very well done with every little detail thought of. Elisa was a fantastic host, always responding quickly with excellent recommendations and advice. We couldn’t rate this place any higher!

Florian's apartment is a real insider tip! The views from the terrace are simply stunning – we spent many long evenings there. The access is, as already mentioned, not entirely uncomplicated, but it did not bother us at all – on the contrary, the location is absolutely worth it. The apartment itself is very well maintained, well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We would come back anytime!
