Alessandra went above and beyond. From the most clear instructions and attention to detail, to the recommendations and little extras. They are certainly the best hosts we’ve had and made things very easy for us. The location was great, not too touristy but close enough for everything to be very easy to get around 😊

We had a wonderful time with Carlo and Paola at the Blue Chalet! The two welcomed us very warmly and gave us many good tips (day trips, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc.). We also always ask via SMS if everything is okay. The apartment itself was an absolute dream!!!! We didn't miss anything and the view from the terrace was just beautiful!!!! If we go on vacation at Lake Garda again, we will definitely try to book the Blue Chalet again!!!!

We had a great time on our vacation at La Berlera. It's a great spot if you're looking for a quiet countryside base for exploring the area and making day trips to Limone, lake Ledro or Tenno. The historic tower has been beautifully renovated. Our room, "Coel", was really lovely and had a great view of the surrounding winery. It's got everything you need for a pleasent stay for two. If I could make one change, it would be to add a dishwasher to make the stay even more comfortable for daily cooking sessions. When you're on the balcony in the evening, you can hear the lovely music from the restaurant below and the quiet conversations of the guests, which creates a really nice, cozy atmosphere. The restaurant itself is definitely worth checking out – the food was amazing. It's best to book a few days in advance. Adriana is a welcoming, kind host – easy to reach and happy to help with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend La Berlera at any time!

The stay was perfect and Carla was constantly attentive to us. Everything went as planned and the instructions were very clear. The calm and magic of the landscapes are guaranteed. The rooms are very spacious and the only point that needs to be anticipated is shopping in Cannobio and having a car to access the apartment. I highly recommend The Tower to fully experience Lake Maggiore.

We had an amazing stay at “Anninas House” The place was perfect for our stay. It was beautiful, cosy, clean, and remained nice and cool in the heat. The bed was wonderful as was the shower. We had everything we needed. The location was ideal. We were close to the Lake, shops and the lovely restaurants nearby. The view from the front porch of the water was lovely. Varenna was amazing, we certainly didn’t want to leave. Maria was a friendly and responsive host.

the place looked like the pictures, was clean and you clould reach all the sights pretty well with the metro. there are a lot of resaurants really close by. communication was fast and easy.

A lovely place right by Lake Maggiore, with a private beach and direct access from the property. The location is rural, so a car is necessary to reach the nearest town. Fabrizio was a very welcoming and helpful host. The house is very cozy, with a beautiful view and everything you need for your stay. We've been swimming a lot, and the kids have had a great time! We would love to come back!

Lovely place to stay, clean tidy and very peaceful. The hill to the funicular was bigger than expected but manageable even with luggage. Definitely recommend this place but would advise guest to have a monthly pass for the funicular to be able to jump the queues and go up and down as many times as wanted. Was very surprised and happy that the space was completely our own and completely independent. High recommend staying here 😊

If you are debating on this house, don't debate and just book it now! We wanted to go to Bolzano and surrounding areas but have a place to come back each evening to relax. Alexander's house exceeded our expectations! It took us about 15 minutes to drive to downtown, but well worth the drive to be away from the hustle and bustle. We spent our mornings and evenings on balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable! Behind the house about 1 km away was an adorable restaurant that we discovered on our last night. The ravioli and dumplings were the best we had on our trip! Our only regret is that we didn't book longer than our 8 night stay. We know for next time!

Thanks for the stay in the beautiful apartment! The house is spacious, clean and a short distance from shops and the lake. The swimming pool was very clean and when we were there there was no one else. The only pity is that there is no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms upstairs and that there is no curtain to cover the skylight. Furthermore, we enjoyed our stay and perhaps see you soon!

Beautiful, spacious house that was very clean. The car could be parked in the garage. The house is located on a mountain slope and has a fantastic view over the valley. In good weather you can see Lake Como. Friendly welcome by Paola. She responded quickly to questions we had. We found the mattress of the bed much too soft, but that is a matter of taste. The wifi connection was not stable. It regularly dropped out.

Suzanna is adorable, provided us with blankets because it was cool in the accommodation and gave us advice. The accommodation is small but very functional, very well equipped (especially the kitchen, given the size of the room), with a free parking space right across. You can feel the mattress springs but it didn't stop us from sleeping well. Earplugs and a mask are useful. The accommodation is perfectly located, we went to Sirmione, Peschiera, Torri del Benaco and Parco Giardino Sigùrta without any problems. We regret not having reversed the durations of our 2 stays to stay longer!

Great accommodation with parking in the center of Lovere, making it an ideal base for a couple of nights to explore the area.

Good but it’s hard because there’s no elevator

We had a lovely stay! Studio is just like the photos - quite small but the private terrace more than makes up for it. It has shade and sun all day so you can spend all day relaxing if you so wish. The town is lovely and quaint. There was a bit of noise from neighbours (normal sounds of town life!) - it didn’t bother us but something to bear in mind. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and there were lovely welcome gifts of food and bubbly waiting for us. Would recommend!

We enjoyed a full week at this beautiful apartment and loved every minute of it. Perledo is a peaceful and friendly village and we not only enjoyed the local cuisine but also to cook and relax in the apartment and on the terrace. You have everything you need and it is very clean and nice furnished. Thanks for this great holiday!

Fantastic stay in San Giovanni. Absolutely stunning views of the lake, and well worth the hike up the road to get there. The home is gorgeous, well maintained, and excellent for small groups. Would highly recommend. That said, it’s not the most accessible if you don’t have a car to drive to the nearby towns, so make sure you bring your walking shoes if so! We loved walking around the beautiful, charming neighbourhood and the surrounding towns. About 20mins to get to Bellagio and there is also a bus. Marzia was extremely helpful and very responsive. A lovely host and very welcoming. We’ll be back!

This place is perfect - everything you need and so convenient for the airport. We liked the place so much, we booked again for 4 days later for flying back out of Milan. Shuttle service is great! Thank you so much Elena

Silvia is a great host! Excellent location, easy 6-minute walk from/to ferry terminal & 10-minute walk to S. Giovanni train station. Near loads of restaurants, bars, & shops. The elevator was good to have with luggage. The living/dining room was cozy & comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Separate washer & dryer were fantastic! Decent WiFi (21 mbps down, 6 mbps up). The bed was comfortable & had nightstands & power outlets on each side--perfect for 2 people to charge devices at bedside. Only downside was on occasion from bed we could hear the upstairs neighbors & a few times we caught a faint smell of someone's cigarette smoke--not overwhelming, thankfully. The large shower had good water pressure & the hot water stayed hot for 2 people taking back-to-back showers. Wonderful thick towels & plenty of them! Great wall-mounted magnifying mirror! A heated towel rack would have been nice. The bathrobes were a treat! Despite the few minor mentions, we would happily stay here again. 😃

We loved our stay at Kathy & Luigi's place up in Peglio. They were warm and helpful hosts who were available when we needed them but weren't intrusive at all. As long as you're aware that the hosts also live onsite and that Peglio is FAR up the hill on the north side of the lake (about 15 minutes by car to the nearest towns Domaso & Gravedona) you'll love it! We couldn't recommend staying here more emphatically. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great place to stay in Como in walking distance to the city center. Check-in was smooth, communication, good and apartment very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I really loved this place – the view was absolutely stunning! The host was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. The location is also great, just a 5-minute drive from Varenna. The place was spotlessly clean and extremely well-equipped. Highly recommended!
