Book it!!! Perfect location- walking distance within minutes from the train station and literally in front of the ferry. Will stay here again.

The apartment was very nice and large. Everything you needed was there and the direct lake access was great. You have a large terrace with a grill, which made the supply very good. One problem is the location, for example, supermarkets are rather far away. For this, you live very quietly and have nice restaurants nearby. The host is extremely friendly and was always available. He gave us tips and helped us when we had problems. Overall, the apartment is recommended.

Amazing stay! If you have a car and are fit to walk up the stars with your luggage, this place makes up for it. It’s clean, spacious, and practical. The host is responsive and very helpful. The place is equipped with anything you could need from great coffee to make up remover. Location is 10 minutes from Lecco and 18 minutes from Vernassa. Great value!

This apartment is the perfect place to stay when you are in Varenna. The large window in the dining room displays a gorgeous view of Lake Como! The ferry dock is a short walk away. The grocery store, La Bottega (Via Venini N 6), is very close. The store is small but has a good variety including fresh vegetables and fruit. There is a 24/7 laundromat (Contrada dei Sarti 10) a few doors away which has vending machines with water and snacks. We enjoyed lunch at Monamour, Contrada Scoscesa 7. The host, Luigi, picked us up at the train station and showed us the town. He is very kind and informative. The apartment is updated and clean. The beds were comfortable. We would love to stay at this apartment again!

Check-in worked out just fine. Everything was as described. The lakeside location with its own jetty, fenced garden, warm outdoor shower and parking was perfect for us. The view of the mountains is fantastic.🙏 The swing and the loungers in the garden are great and all the beautiful places are easily accessible. There are trees and shade, when the sun is blazing. Our dog enjoyed being able to move freely and bathe at any time.🤠 Communication with Fabio and Matteo works great.☺️ Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage by the lake. Daniele’s apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Easy walk to the lake , train and restaurants. Daniele was very responsive and helpful, would recommend his apartment.

Beautiful and unique accommodation, in a quiet area right on the water. Accommodation is equipped with only important things. If you arrive by car, there is the possibility to park right in front of the house. The city center is about a 20-minute walk along the water. WiFi works great. A restaurant is right behind the house which serves good food. Francesca was very nice and gives you very helpful tips for a great stay in Lecco and Lake Como.

What a fantastic holiday we had here! Giovanni is a great host, he gave good tips on what to do in the area and also what the good restaurants are. The best restaurant is without a doubt Giovanni's Spritz-house. In addition to a delicious welcome drink, Giovanni also regularly hosts a dinner for the guests here. And he really delights you. Delicious food, coziness and a nice ice cold limoncello at the end. The apartment has all the comforts and cozy, homely furnishings so you feel right at home here. And the view…. Magical! We highly recommend this accommodation!

We loved staying at sisters house . Great location, clean, great amenities . Elena was easy to work with and very responsive and flexible . She booked restaurants for us and was very helpful . We highly recommend staying here. Ciao!

The place was really beautiful and partly really cute. Communication with the host worked out great. However, one should be aware that the path to the accommodation differs greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute tranquility and a fantastic environment.

We had such a great time. The place had everything we needed, it’s a in quiet location but within walking distance to the cute town with swimming, restaurants and a nice vibe. Monica’s guidebook had some great recommendations too.

Thank you so much for an incredible stay. The apartment is amazing, with beautiful views. Maurizio was a super helpful host and was really clear prior to booking about the building works next door. They didn't effect our stay at all in the 3 days there was barely any noise (i think most the major construction is complete anyway). Maurizio gave us some lovely recommendations and with a car it's really easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

Oh my GOD we could not have loved this place more. Absolutely perfect location - Varenna is definitely my favorite of the local towns & the accessibility to everything the town had to offer was a major highlight. The view from the living room was incredible and Andrea was great to communicate with. We even dropped a piece of clothing off the clothing line and he retrieved it for us. HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb to everyone & will be raving about it forever. Thank you Andrea!

We had a great stay. Arriving by ferry, almost opposite the apartment, Gian was waiting to greet us. The apartment is just as described, perfect for a few nights. Gian offered us lots of suggestions, including tips for the hiking we planned to do up the mountain, which was amazing. A beautiful place to stay.

Clean accommodation, great location for visiting Lake Como. We could park nearby. All amenities nearby (the lakeside is super well equipped). We enjoyed renting bikes, a short walk from the property... to take a trip to Lake Garlate. I would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Lake Como. The accommodation overlooking the lake was phenomenal for the days we were here. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

Comfortable apartment in Lake Como

We had a very positive stay at Maria’s holiday home. It has loads of character and everything you need, the bed is very comfortable. The apartment is so central to everything but still very peaceful. The views of the lake are stunning along the front with many places to eat. We also tried the restaurant right outside the front door which makes the most amazing Tiramisu! Maria was so friendly and helpful meeting us even though our flight was delayed.when we arrived. A lovely experience all round.
