It is an apartment in the middle of nature, you can see the river from the balcony and is surrounded by the greenery of the trees and plants both at the foot of the villa and in the distance, with an extraordinary view of mountains and countryside. The apartment is identical to the photos and its characteristic is rustic, you can immerse yourself in those years when real wood was still used for furniture but also has imaginative and very beautiful objects and decorations. Host Giulia was very friendly and thoughtful, she showed us the secondary way of walking to the farm, the peculiarities of the farm inside and showed us in person the beautiful horses that also happily stay on this wonderful farm full of nature and objects that have a charm for both the adults and children. I highly recommend everyone an experience of a week or more in this excellent apartment.

What a great find!!!! Absolutely beautiful for my family and I. Perfect vacation! The staff was so amazing which makes me want to come back…attentive and super responsive. I own my own travel agency and it’s rare to find the perfect place but I can honestly say I don’t have one single complaint. I highly recommend to others. Thanks to these wonderful ladies who helped with anything we needed and communication was above and beyond. Place was clean, had everything we needed, great amenities, perfect location and CLEAN!

We have to admit that we have no complaints about this accommodation. The pictures evoke the atmosphere, but in person you will be very delighted when you see the house and the view of the lake. The pool and yard are perfect for relaxing, a quiet environment without any noise, a beautiful minimalist accommodation and most importantly you feel at home. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Luciana, but the little we communicated through messages was very polite and friendly. This is our new favorite place, we will definitely come again :)

Very nice and private space, we enjoyed it a lot. Very nice apartment with beautiful view. What is missing in the apartment are small amenities like pepper, salt, kitchen towel, garbage bag etc.

Beautiful house and location with stunning stunning views of the lake. Host Alize was just the best so responsive and helpful with all requests and suggestions. Super close to Bellagio and easy to get to all the close by towns. Amazing hikes in walking distance and 2mins walk to the lake. Would 💯 go back and recommend

We had a super nice holiday in the Cascina Ulivi! The place is super quiet, you have a beautiful view of the lake, just fantastic. The hosts were super nice and helped us at any time. We can recommend everyone to take a break from the hustle and bustle here:)

Wonderful place. Surrounded by nature. In the morning you wake up to the chirping of birds and breathtaking views of the mountains and valley. The accommodation is small but beautiful, equipped with all comforts and necessary to relax and fully enjoy nature and the mountains. Lounge chairs, heated pool, manicured lawn and garden, a box to listen to good music, television and skylight on the starry sky. Luca and family were super hosts. Affable, kind and super available to accommodate our requests. We also enjoyed the breakfast included with homemade bread and blueberry and raspberry tarts produced by them and a dinner at home prepared by them super good. In short, everything is perfect! Thank you so much for hosting us.

We had a great time at Federica's place. The accommodation is perfectly well-equipped, very pleasant and very well located for visiting the Lake Como region. We highly recommend it!

Torre Sciliano is marvellous place! Its exactly the breath of fresh air we needed. The views are pristine and the flat is very charming. Guido is also an excellent host. He took the time to show us the best things to visit in the area and gave us great restaurant recommendations! 10/10 would recommend

We had very nice days in Colico. The apartment is located on the upper floor of a large house and is very spacious. It's a bit like a small farm there is horses, cows, dogs, cats, ducks and chickens. Especially for kids this is great. The homeowners are very warm and showed the children all the animals. The nearest beach is a 15 min walk and the nearest bakery can be reached in 5 min by car. Compared to the western shore of Lake Como, the beach in Colico is still quite crowded in early October in good weather. But there are also quiet places towards the river mouth of the Adda.

Patrizia was always super helpful and very kind, the house is cozy and clean, the area is great for spending time in tranquility and taking nice walks If I have to go back to the area, I would definitely go back to this house

What a nice stay. On the water and a beach 10 min by car. The garden was also great to sit in. We were very warmly welcomed by Omar. What a nice man. We lacked nothing. Small village, but if you like, you can do anything. We have relaxed wonderfully!! Thank you!

We were there after our wedding and it was very nice. Very quiet, clean and cozy apartment. The highlight is definitely the pool, where you can relax well. Just don't be surprised, the address doesn't quite match Google Maps, so we had to search first. 😅 Irene is a very likeable host who takes time for her guests. We thought the atmosphere of living on an Italian olive oil farm was great! We highly recommend it. 🇮🇹

You can't tell until you get there. Superlative accommodation. Equipped with every comfort. The village is a peaceful oasis even with the rain, was lovely. A bottle of wine and a 0 km coffee pop up when you arrive. The house is equipped with every comfort. It's warm and cozy. We'll definitely be back.

super nice complex on the mountain. But you should take a closer look at the directions in advance - we got along well. And then it can get really tight with a big car! Once you find the village, it's really nice! Authentic, old! Communication and everything great! We just found it a shame that you can't look into the valley from the terrace of the tower

Very tidy and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: coffee machine with pods, shower products and much more. The owner was extremely kind and friendly, with a welcome gift. The directions to get there were clear, the parking lot is conveniently located near the property, and the availability of the owner was impeccable, with very useful suggestions about the area. Great location: close to the center, the mines, the Tibetan bridge and easily accessible. Great flexibility even on schedules. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay there very much! House looked better and spacious than in pictures and was very clean. The big house would also be great for two families to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms but still share common spaces. Upstairs could be divided into two areas. House is located in a peaceful area. Alessandra was helpful and quick to respond to questions. She also provided great local suggestions. Alessandra spoke English well.
