Lovely apartment in a villa, accommodating up to 4 people. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, in a strategic position to meet every need. During the summer, you can use the shared swimming pool (free) and tennis (for a fee) which are 200 meters from the house. You can request a tennis lesson with a professional teacher. You will find everything you need a few meters away: Supermarket, Bank, pharmacy and as well as the hospital which is 500 meters away.

This is a typical early 1900s Romagna farmhouse, nestled in the Romagna hills between Forlì and Cesena. 40 km from the Romagna Riviera, you are immersed in the middle of the green and sunny hills where in addition to relaxing in the available swimming pool (seasonal summer opening), you can practice various outdoor activities, including trekking, bike excursions and much more. A BBQ area and a shaded area for outdoor dining are available for guests.

The house is surrounded for three-quarters by about nine thousand square meters of land and it’s spread on four stories. On the second one two apartments are located and have been recently renovated. We can offer you a place in a quiet setting, still close to towns and lots of activities (1.5km). The proximity to the National Park gives you plenty of opportunities to explore nature. Casentino Valley will not disappoint with it's historic sites and amazing food. We tried to create a stylish place that still honors its history.

The B&B is built out of a 19th century stable, with a wonderful view over the "Montefeltro". The two double room have both private bathroom, free wireless internet, dvd, music player, a fully equipped kitchen and pool. We accept animals with a little overcharge; they can enter the pool enclosure, but not the water!
