Vacation rentals with a pool in Province of Forlì-Cesena

Huset var som beskrevet og i virkeligheden bedre. Specielt pool var større end vi havde regnet med. Værten var altid hurtig og god til at respondere. Der er masser af ro, man er privat og i smukke omgivelser.

Wij hebben twee weken een fantastische tijd gehad in het huisje van Ivan. Het ligt op een geweldige locatie bovenop de heuvel tussen de wijnvelden. Het uitzicht zowel overdag als ‘s avonds is fantastisch. Ivan is ook een geweldige host. Reageert heel snel en denkt mee en komt met leuke dingen. Zo hebben we zelfs met ons gezin een bbq en wijnproeverij gehad. Supergezellig. Ik denk dat we zeker nog een keer langsgaan. Een echt aanrader als je van rust en privacy houdt. In de buurt ook leuke uitstapjes mogelijk. Bologna, Ravenna, Rimini, Venetië en Florence is allemaal goed te doen in een dag.

The hosts were very friendly and responsive answering all queries very quickly. The accommodation was exceedingly tidy with a well equipped kitchen and everything you needed during the stay. The pool was a good size and clean. The house had air conditioning in the two bedrooms although not in the main living part of the house which did get quite warm in the August heat. We used the wood fuelled BBQ once but didn’t take the opportunity to use the pizza oven. Most days we ate one meal at the accommodation and one in a local restaurant (many to choose from and the host offered recommendations). The whole building was made up of two accommodations (the one we hired and a second where the host was staying) although this can also be rented out. Although the hosts were on site in the adjacent house, they kept out of the way and cleaned the pool daily leaving and were on hand for queries. A great place for a family retreat and would recommend to others. Thanks Anat!

Traumhaft schönes Landhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Großer Pool. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit hüfthohen, duftenden Rosmarinstauden. Innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Einziger Nachteil: viele Stechmücken.

De omgeving is erg mooi. Stia Poppi zijn zeker het bezoeken waard. Florence kan ook makkelijk met de trein. Het huis is eenvoudig maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral het terras met bbq en het zwembad ( met uitzicht ) zijn super. De tv heeft heel veel zenders waardoor wij ook het EK konden kijken.

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich schön! Die Lage, die Einrichtung - einfach alles. Kommunikation mit Giulia war ebenfalls super, schnelle Antwort und Hilfe. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir wurden freundliche empfangen und alles wurde uns persönlich erklärt. Die Lage ist abgeschieden und ruhig, keine Einsicht durch Nachbarn, sehr privat. Der Stellplatz unter der Begrünung spendet dem Auto Schatten während der Sommerzeit. Der Wintergarten ist prima für die Übergangszeit im frühen Frühjahr oder Vorweihnachtszeit, im Sommer ist es zu warm. Die Klimaanlagen in den (3) Schlafräumen sind sehr hilfreich um den Raum vor dem Zubettgehen noch etwas herunterzukühlen. Der Pool ist super und auf der Liege hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die tolle Landschaft, ebenso auf der Veranda. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, inkl. einer Bosch Spülmaschine (leider waren die Düsen von den Vormietern komplett verstopft, da der Filter nicht richtig eingesetzt war). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Insgesamt könnte das Objekt noch etwas Nachbesserung vertragen, der Veranda-Holz-Boden ist abgenutzt und die Steine der Poolumrandung zerfallen bereits. Aber das schätzt sicher jeder anders ein.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful country home. My college aged daughter got a 5 week internship at an operhouse in Novafeltria (25 minutes from the property), and we planned a family vacation for after job ended. We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The grounds were so peaceful, and the pool was perfect in the evenings after a day's worth of activities. The house was immaculate. Kitchen was very well outfitted, and Carlotta even included a few breakfast items and a cake. Beds and linens were super comfortable, and the AC in each bedroom was effective and welcome. Ravenna is about an hour away, and the beach in Rimini is just a half hour from the house as well. We rented a car in Bologna and drove in to this property, and it was very easy to get around and to the beaches and towns. Thank you Carlotta, for sharing such a beautiful place.

Accueil exceptionnel, équipe au petit soin, très chaleureuse et à l’écoute.Accès direct à la plage privée depuis la résidence,appartement conforme à la description, propre avec balcon et vue sur mer depuis quasiment tous les appartements.Je recommande, un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour en famille

Appartamento in un luogo molto tranquillo e immerso nel verde, ideale per un weekend di relax. Aree per trekking facili da raggiungere. Host sempre disponibile.

Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

Appartamento grande, comodo, un po' datato negli infissi. Qualche piccolo servizio da migliorare, esempio la mancanza di asciugamani e uno scolapasta non adatto a 6 persone, ma nel complesso molto bene. Televisione con decoder e quindi 2 telecomandi, comodo il parcheggio interno, l'aria condizionata nelle 3 stanze, il campo da tennis e la piscina. La spiaggia libera è poco lontana. Una vacanza piacevole, sarebbe bello poterci tornare.

Podere Mantignano is a stunning little piece of paradise. And that's an understatement. It is by far the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location on top of the hill with it's stunning 360° views is unique. A few steps through the beautiful garden leads you to the infinity pool where you can swim to the edge and take in the views of the surrounding vineyards and apricot tree orchards. The silence and serenity of the place must calm even the most restless souls. The only noises you hear are the birds and the crickets singing their summery songs. The house itself is perfectly renovated, comfortable and has everything you could wish for. It is clear that it is well thought out and a lot of effort and love have been put in to the place. The owners, Monia and Fabio and the other family members are fantastic and make you feel very welcome. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. 6 stars out of 5!!!

Abbiamo alloggiato tre settimane da Simona nell'appartamento Peonia. Il posto incantevole si contraddistingue per la pace assoluta, la pulizia, gli spazi curati con amore e dedizione indescrivibili. Simona e Valentina sono disponibili sotto ogni aspetto e al tempo stesso sanno essere discrete e mai invadenti, aspetto che ho apprezzato molto. Ci hanno offerto i loro preziosi prodotti agricoli con generosità e abbiamo potuto usufruire degli spazi esterni in piena libertà e privacy. L'appartamento è moderno, funzionale e di gran gusto. La cucina attrezzata, la camera ampia e fresca, il bagno meraviglioso. A disposizione una lavanderia completa di lavatrice, stendino e macchina che prepara il ghiaccio. Parcheggio comodissimo con cancello automatico..E poi i cani di Simona ben educati sempre al loro posto. Noi abbiamo davvero amato la posizione immersa nella campagna, ma vicina al mare e il confort della piscina e di un ambiente silenzioso. Grazie di tutto!

Marco est un hôte hyper réactif, sympathique et de confiance, il fournit des informations détaillées et précises au bon moment avant le séjour. Tout est clair et limpide. L'appartement dispose d'un parking privatif et est trés facile d'accés. Il est aussi spacieux,trés joliment décoré et de bon goût. Le lit est vraiment exceptionnel! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la plage est à 7 min à pied comme le mentionne Marco, c'est vraiment trés agréable. La seule petite suggestion d'amélioration (si l'on est vraiment perfectionniste!) qui pourrait être apportée est une meilleur insonorisation de la fénêtre et du plafond mais Marco l'a déjà prévu, preuve qu'il a à coeur du bien être des personnes qu'il acceuille. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment trés bon pour cet appartement. Merci pour le séjour, au plaisir.
