Apartment of 45sqm inside a private house in the Forlivese countryside, composed of living room with sofa bed of one and a half square, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, garden with games, private parking. Our property consists of three apartments on the 1st floor (with private entrance), the location is strategic for visiting Romagna, 20 km away there are cities of art such as Ravenna and Faenza and 30 minutes from the sea and Mirabilandia. Forlì is the nearest town 15 minutes by car.

Anna Apartment Mare e Pineta

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato completamente e inaugurato l'1 Giugno 2017. Si trova al quarto piano di un condominio dal quale si gode di ottima vista. Illuminato per la maggior parte del giorno e fresco grazie alla presenza di numerosi pini marittimi che sono un vero e proprio polmone. Si trova in una posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi passi sia la pineta sia la spiaggia nonché tutte le comodità per il soggiorno. Non vi resta che provarlo!

Large apartment, located in San Mauro in Valle di Cesena, a stone's throw from the historic center. Living area with kitchen and living room, bathroom with shower, sleeping area equipped with two bedrooms (double + triple and a bed to be added if necessary). Closed terrace area for smokers. Independent entrance. Free parking. Bright and cozy. It is also rented for a few days. Breakfast is made by you: moka with coffee, various types of teas, biscuits, jams, and cookies.

Lovely apartment in a villa, accommodating up to 4 people. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, in a strategic position to meet every need. During the summer, you can use the shared swimming pool (free) and tennis (for a fee) which are 200 meters from the house. You can request a tennis lesson with a professional teacher. You will find everything you need a few meters away: Supermarket, Bank, pharmacy and as well as the hospital which is 500 meters away.

The apartment is part of a cozy country house located on the border between Romagna and Tuscany. The house is surrounded for three-quarters by about nine thousand square meters of land and it’s spread on four stories. On the second one two apartments are located and have been recently renovated. Both the apartments are fully furnished in order to provide our guests with a great comfort!

La casa è in aperta campagna a 4 km dai servizi più vicini. Gli interni sono stati restaurati nel 2022. Per prenotazioni con due ospiti la camera singola è disponibile con un supplemento di 30€

Country house with private pool

The B&B is built out of a 19th century stable, with a wonderful view over the "Montefeltro". The two double room have both private bathroom, free wireless internet, dvd, music player, a fully equipped kitchen and pool. We accept animals with a little overcharge; they can enter the pool enclosure, but not the water!
