Everything was impeccable, the house was well-equipped, it had everything you need to have a good stay. In addition, it is very well located, everything is close and the sector is very quiet. Don Jaime is also very kind, his attention and willingness to help is evident. When we arrived, the stove was on for the cold, which is very much appreciated.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

The house is as shown in the pictures...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and also leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andres mountain range, it is heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

First, one of the most friendly and responsive hosts - people - ever! Made themselves available when we had small questions. The location is just lovely-walkable to trains, local coffee, grocery store right there. Feels a little like Sliver Lake in LA. Very clean, and good for absorbing a tired family at the end of a day.

Mauricio was an excellent host, and it is in the best neighborhood in Santiago. Excellent place.

I gave it 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed, if I had 10 I would give it 10. From the closing of the reservation to the post-stay, everything was very good. Cozy place, extremely well located, communication with Osnelly is always very fast, he is a kind person who helped us a lot throughout our stay. Very cozy apartment and exactly like the photos. If we ever return to Santiago and it is available, it would certainly be our choice again. I recommend it to everyone who comes across it as an option during their searches, to book without fear. The apartment is exactly as described and is very close to markets, cafes and restaurants. Da to do a lot on foot. Everything was clean and organized. All the environments were super cozy. Regarding communication, the host always responded quickly and was proactive. In short, super recommended, and when I return to Santiago, I will certainly stay here again.

Comfy and clean apartment, in a central location, walkable to sites and nice restaurants, with metro station nearby. Communication with the host could be better. Luckily the guard of the building helped with check in.

The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Communication with Karina was great, she always responded very quickly. The building's doormen, all very kind. My family and I spent incredible days in Chile. Super I recommend the apartment.

The apartment is impeccable, I felt right at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, air-conditioned environment, impeccable cleanliness. Very helpful host and attentive! Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!
