Our stay was great. Patrício was very kind to us and did his best to make us comfortable and help us with whatever we needed. The apartment was impeccable, clean and organized, all the details as advertised. The kitchen is complete with many items of crockery, pots and pans, and a microwave. The bedding is amazing, we feel like we're in a hotel bed. We missed a towel rack in the bathroom, a soap dish inside the shower, and a mat to get out of the shower when wet. Fan and heater available, but we don't use them. The location is great, a few minutes' walk to the subway, a bus stop nearby, many restaurants and shops on the street, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Costanera Center (shopping and supermarket). We loved the experience at this place.

Simply spectacular place, I rested incredibly, very comfortable and quiet, it had all the comforts that one looks for when traveling and wants to rest after working. I would recommend it to all those who are looking for a place if they travel for work or for other reasons

Our recent stay in April 2025 at Ivette's apartment was nothing less than spectacular. They were very flexible, and willing to accommodate us - as I was traveling with my two little girls and elderly mother. The apartment is extremely spacious, and has a relaxing and welcoming vibe. They also had everything you would need for a short or lengthy stay, as we were there for 10 days. I HIGHLY recommend the place, as it is close to the city center, the parks, the nightlife, and has the metro station directly across the street. We enjoyed it a lot.

The details make the difference, despite being in the heart of Santiago, it is quite quiet and not noisy, when entering the apartment the aroma of the environment is exquisite and that is already a plus, finely selected decoration, necessary utensils for everything, even board games and a small terrace with a dim light for a nightly evening overlooking the city. Super nice! I recommend it 100% Valid to repeat!

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

First, one of the most friendly and responsive hosts - people - ever! Made themselves available when we had small questions. The location is just lovely-walkable to trains, local coffee, grocery store right there. Feels a little like Sliver Lake in LA. Very clean, and good for absorbing a tired family at the end of a day.

The location is easy to find, spacious, has kitchen tools, there is hot water for the shower, the only shortcoming was no laundry service for long-term stays, everything else was great

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, she made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, and the house has a sociable and friendly atmosphere. As a host she was excellent, she was always attentive to what I needed and was understanding with me.

The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Communication with Karina was great, she always responded very quickly. The building's doormen, all very kind. My family and I spent incredible days in Chile. Super I recommend the apartment.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Cristobal was very attentive from the first message I sent to learn more about the accommodation and any questions we had during the stay, he responded quickly. The apartment is great, well-equipped for cooking, a very comfortable bed and a good shower! Points for improvement: it would be ideal to install air conditioning, because the apartment faces the sunrise, so the sun shines all day, which makes it very hot! We didn't need air conditioning because it was cold, but we still used the portable fan to sleep. Regarding the TV, we were unable to use it because it had few streaming services and we were unable to install others.

Everything is fine, everything is very clean, no noise.
