The apartment is amazing with a wonderful terrace. Next to two shopping malls, in a super financial area, with parks and also with car parking. What I liked the most was the outdoor area and I love that part of Santiago and it leaves me calm, because I'm going to work. It's a premium location.

I totally recommend the place, Juane allowed us to check in early since we arrived in the city at dawn, a comfortable cozy place, there were clean towels, the location is really good, close to the subway, I would only recommend a few kitchen utensils to make tea or a suitable breakfast, the rest is 10 out of 10. Super recommended.

The accommodation is excellent and its location is unbeatable. It is located just above a mall that has a supermarket, direct access to the metro station "Los Leones" and a variety of shops. The building has a goal with an extraordinarily friendly and attentive staff. As for security, there are cameras in all common areas and the apartment has an electronic lock plus an additional lock with a key, which provides an extra layer of tranquility both when leaving and being inside. The host's instructions were clear, accurate, and very helpful for the entire stay. The place was spotlessly clean and in perfect order. I highly recommend this stay and the hostess. It's a place that is really worthwhile and would definitely consider for future visits.

Ana is a great host, she gave me all the information to access the apartment and we had no problems when we arrived in Santiago. He gave me tips on transfers and agencies to take the tours. The apartment served us very well, its location is great. Near the Costanera mall, we went every day to shop and take advantage of the Jumbo supermarket to do our daily grocery shopping.

I have been to several Airbnbs in Santiago and this has certainly been the best. The apartment is modern, clean, very well distributed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access and surrounded by services. In addition, the host was very attentive and always responded in seconds, which made everything easier. 100% recommended, I would definitely come back.

This place worked great for my month-long stay in Santiago. I'll just point out a few highlights of the apartment that were of particular importance to me: - Fast and reliable internet. I work online with lots of videoconferencing and had no problems. - Clean and modern, with a comfortable bed - A metro station about 30 meters out of the apartment door. I didn't originally plan on using the metro very often, but it ended up being a lot more useful than I thought - Cristian is very responsive if you have any questions. Thanks for the great stay, I really enjoyed my time in Chile!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in Sergio's apartment and through him I came to this apartment. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very kind. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Arauco Park. It is at an important intersection in Santiago and with excellent roads to get around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everything is impeccable (the appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc. are in perfect condition). The rooms are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is wonderful!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thanks to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!

A very friendly host, always available for any questions. The area is cool as they say there, considering the degradation and insecurity that I had been told about in much of downtown Santiago. Unbeatable location, with good connections to the city's main tourist centers, very close to the Santa Isabel metro (about 3-5 minutes), near Barrio Italia, at the gates of the Providencia Commune. The owners in that area take advantage of the area's popularity to charge absurd prices, so the somewhat more reasonable prices of the apartment are appreciated. The only flaw, although warned by the owner, since they do not charge anything for cleaning, was that the apartment was relatively dirty and, perhaps, that for someone sensitive to the cold, some additional source of heat would be necessary. In any case, I would recommend it for spending time, even long periods, in Santiago.

Excellent since we got there. There were 3 of us and we were super comfortable (the sofa bed is adequate but not recommended for an adult, as it is not a bed). The apartment is just like the photos, and a 5-minute walk from the Parque Arauco mall. Clean, modern, with a view, fully equipped. Getting there is very easy, and there are always people at the building's reception. Martina answered all my questions promptly. Ratio price quality 10 points.
