Vacation rentals with a patio in Procida

Silvio was very responsive and kind. the apartment was clean and the washer was a huge bonus. It is in a very vibrant and noisy area - lots of nightlife. May not be the best location for light sleepers or small children, but it provided a really unique experience. Tons of food and bars close by. We loved our time there and would stay again!

Maurizio is the most generous and caring host we have ever met. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and has beautiful views over the sea and to the mountain. The location is fantastic with a short walk to the beach and thermal gardens and the bus stop is right outside the apartment with very easy to use buses that run around the Island until late at night. There is so much to see and do on Ischia, we had nearly one week and could have stayed much longer if we had the time, Ischia was our favourite part of our trip and made even more wonderful thanks to Maurizio's wonderful hospitality.

Fantastic stay at Massimo’s place, like so many other reviews said the combination of location and the apartment itself is unbeatable. Massimo and his co-host were super flexible for the check-in, helped when we needed the cot for our daughter (and took some more toys out for my kids) and also came immediately when we had a power outage. Highly recommend staying here as it will provide you with a home whilst away

We had a fantastic stay. The location was beautiful, the BnB was clean and well stocked, and the host was responsive to all inquiry’s! Highly recommend the location and the host, a wonderful listing. We had trouble initially locating the BnB, only because there is another residence with the same address just down the street which was confusing Apple Maps. The BnB is also directly beside the main road, so it is fairly common to hear traffic through the day and at night.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Capri has lots of narrow steep roads so being beside the arrival port meant no need to transport luggage very far. A set of steps near the apartment takes you all the way up to the town very easily. What we loved most about the apartment was the sea views over Vesuvius from the bed. The apartment is a great size and has all the amenities needed. We’d definitely stay again in future!

Right in the middle of the city center and Sccapanapoli! Easy to access, close to restaurants and you really feel the vibe of the city there. Clean and nice!

Great place to stay! This was the textbook good AirBnB experience, as AirBnB should be. Location: Easy walk from the port (though expect some uneven pavement). Very close to the beach. Full of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to a supermarket. Apartment: Bigger than I expected from the photos. The balcony is amazing. High ceilings. Fairly well equipped. And (which is not always my AirBnB experience) things worked! No broken stuff, no need to figure things out, plug things in, etc. Communication, check in, check out, etc.: couldn't have been better. By the way the island has a surprisingly good public transport system. Very frequent buses, for about €2. Bus station is not too far either. I recommend looking into it.

Amazing place with a huge terrace. The location is exellent. The host is very responsible and very accommodating.

Viviana was a wonderful host! She met us in front of the apartment for check-in and showed us around. We loved waking up to the view from the balcony and it was wonderful to stay in the neighborhood. The bus stop was on the same block and very convenient for going around the island. The apartment has so much charm with its gorgeous tiles and decor. We got to cook and wash our clothes very easily. Would love to stay here again one day.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und es gab alles was man brauchte. Mit dem Bus war man in 35 min in der Innnestadt und in Fußnähe befand sich eine super Bäckerei mit Mega Preisen und leckeren Speisen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Und ich würde das AirBnB wieder buchen.

During my 2 week Italy trip I stayed in 5 air b and b and this place by far is my favorite!!! I wish I’d stayed longer! I will be coming back in October with my husband this time. Claudia was very pleasant and super helpful with checkin and checkout process. Most amenities provided from air dryer, shampoo to iron/steamer and of course the washing machine was our saving grace on this trip!

Soggiorno a Capri di due giorni eccellente, grazie alla disponibilità e cortesia di Natalia e della sua collaboratrice Marialibera. La posizione, sebbene non centralissima e raggiungibile dopo una breve salita, è ottimale, in linea con le caratteristiche dell'isola. L'alloggio è vivamente consigliato sia per coppie che per gruppi di quattro persone, grazie all'ampio soggiorno.

La signora Rosanna è stata un ottimo host, ci ha fornito indicazioni, ci accolto in casa all'arrivo, è stata amichevole e sempre disponibile in caso di necessità. Apprezzate le aree esterne, in special modo la cucina esterna oltre che la doccia esterna. Consigliamo la signora Rosanna come host e soprattutto la permanenza in questo alloggio.

There was confusion with check in, but i am sure it was just unlucky misscommunication.Other than that the terrace and the location are amazing

Antonio is very responsive, he met us at the Piazza next to the unit and helped with luggage and check in late at night. Made recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. At departure day, he even called a taxi beforehand with the best rate to the train station. The apartment is at center of Centro Storico, it was safe, convenient, and a great area to stay in Naples.

Wir hatten super schöne Tage in dieser Airbnb-Wohnung! Die Lage ist echt top – alles Wichtige ist schnell zu erreichen, und trotzdem ist es schön ruhig. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, man merkt, dass viel Liebe zum Detail drin steckt. Die Annie ist total freundlich und hat immer ein offenes Ohr – hat uns mit Tipps versorgt und war super bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen kann! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's place! Monica welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips and help with our stay. Her husband even brought us local pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the large patio with a wonderful view of the sea, and the fantastic restaurant just 3 minutes away. From this location, it was easy to explore the island by bus, motorbike, or rental car. We really enjoyed our stay and our interactions with Monica and her family.

Thank you for hosting us in your spacious brand new apartment with plenty of amenities. Can’t imagine we arrived on the same night where Naples had won the National league. It was crazy traffic coming in but you had nothing to do with it. Overall a great place and the patio was a bonus ☺️

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

I loved staying at Mario’s place. It was incredibly lovely, clean, and the room was very large. The unit had a large kitchen, laundry, and a very nice veranda which we really enjoyed. Good location as well!

Dario's place is an island of respite in the otherwise hustle and bustle but exciting sea of Napoli. My favorite thing about his place is the wide open feeling ‐ lots of space ‐ the tall ceilings and lots of windows you can open and still have the feeling that no one can see you... The views of mount Vesuvius from the living room and bedroom are enchanting....one can even see from here where the lava flowed down millennia ago. I needed to drop some bags early and Dario was very accommodating. The place is relatively quiet as well. There were some fireworks that went off at night but I think that's because Naples won the Italian football championship last week! Anyone looking for a great location...only 20 minutes walk from the archeology museum and 30 minutes from the train station will not be disappointed. The hill will work out your calves at the same time!
