From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

POSILLIPO IN VILLA WITH VIEW GARDEN

A peaceful setting only a few minutes far from the center ! 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus. Perfect location, away from the hustle and the smog of city center, for families with children, for people who prefer spacious places, sea view, garden and safe parking. Car is needed if you mind walking our private driveway 300 mt, a little uphill but with a wonderful view!

House by the sea

The house is located in the charming village of Sant'Angelo d'Ischia, a ten-minute walk from its center. It is spacious, fresh, bright and with a sea view. It is, as the crow flies, on a beautiful rock with access to the sea that can be reached in a moment (it is only about ten steps from the door of the house). NB. No visitors allowed

The house is made of lava stones and consists of two floors (sleeping area with three bedrooms on the first floor, a large living room with kitchen on the ground floor) as well as two bathrooms. A solarium with panoramic view is available on the roof

The apartment directly overlooks Chiaiolella beach and is a few meters from the islet of Vivara and the marina. It is bright and is located on a quiet and peaceful street within walking distance of all the amenities, restaurants and bars in the area.
