Vacation rentals with a patio in Principina a Mare

Incredibly tranquil, set in the Italian countryside. The property had everything we needed. Ana was also very responsive whenever we needed anything.

This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

After spending a month at Casa Marcella we definitely left a little piece of our hearts behind. The space is bright and spacious and was impeccably clean. The view and location was perfect for hiking, and visiting other areas in Tuscany. Letizia and he son Pietro are warm, helpful and so very kind. If you are looking for a home away from home, I would highly recommend Casa Marcella.

Staying at this apartment was truly magical. Every time I looked out the window or stepped onto the balcony, I was left in awe. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the town of Montepulciano was every bit as beautiful—charming, historic, and full of character. Leaving was the hardest part, and I’m already counting down the days until I can return. From the incredible local restaurants to the stunning wineries nestled in the Tuscan hills, every moment felt like a dream. Photos simply can’t capture the beauty—you have to experience it for yourself.

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

Paolo has been an absolute treasure of a host and his lovely home was the perfect place to unwind. Sitting in the pristine garden, watching the sun set over the Tuscan hills with a bottle of red wine has been one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had so far. I will come back as soon as I can and would unconditionally recommend staying with Paolo if you need a break from city life. My week staying here was the perfect break to wind down.

Nice little place to stay in a very nice neighborhood, very quiet location. Unfortunately, I only stopped for one night, but it is certainly worth staying longer.

We stayed in Cinzia's house for ten days, five of us, and we found the accommodation comfortable and well laid out. The double bedroom with a private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and with all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners, and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

We had a great 6 nights at Margherita and Silvio's place. It is a two bedroom detached building minutes from Sienna but with lovely views of farm fields, cedars and umbrella pines. Very peaceful, private and quiet. Just as shown and described in the listing. Margherita and Silvio are great hosts and immediately brought around a bottle opener (for the local chianti) when we couldn't find one. This is a great location for exploring beautiful Tuscany. Highly recommended.

We stayed with Susanna from April 23 to 27 and had a great time. Susanna welcomed us warmly and was helpful in giving us all the useful information on places to visit and where to eat local delicacies. The villa is beautiful and is surrounded by greenery and in a quiet area with a sea view. Our little dogs were also able to run around freely in the garden because it was entirely fenced and safe. We stayed at Serena and Giulio's at the end of May with three teenagers. The apartment is clear and well cut, each sleeping area has its own bathroom. From the living room and the triple room you can step directly onto a very large, partially shaded terrace. Depending on the weather and sun position, you will find a good place at any time - sun, partial shade, shade, wind or wind shadow, there is a corner for everything. On the terrace, there is a spacious dining table and three garden loungers, so everyone can find a spot. If you want to move, you can play a round of table tennis. No matter where you sit, inside or outside, on the deck chair or at the table: the view over the well-kept garden to the sea and the opposite hills is unimaginably beautiful. Those who manage to break away from the view will find cultivated and uncultivated beaches and nice places on the peninsula. We felt very comfortable! Thank you, Serena and Giulio!

Location was perfect for our needs . The unit was clean with all amenities needed for our stay . Communication with the host was great and the unit was very clean on arrival.

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days! It was central to many tours and activities, great for exploring! Luca was a wonderful host and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was great! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! Completely exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment whilst visiting Volterra and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The apartment has a fantastic walk and it is super spacious and clean. The hosts were really helpful and we visited the wine bar and restaurants our lovely hosts suggested which were great. The roof terrace was lush! Definitely recommend

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.

Lesley's accommodation is quiet, clean, spacious and well-equipped with all the necessities. Around the house, we loved the nearby hiking and restaurants in the nearby villages. Lesley was flexible with our late arrival and made sure everything went smoothly during the stay. A good place not to be missed when visiting Tuscany!
