The stone villa is isolated and surrounded by the greenery of the woods. Here you will find peace, privacy, silence and unspoiled nature. This is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. The villa was built in the mid-1800s by my great-grandfather. Then over the years it has been restored, improved, always maintaining the classic Tuscan style. We are located between the Val d'Orcia, Monte Amiata, and the sea. We are located 870m above sea level. The villa is about a 15-minute drive from Arcidosso.

The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

The Villa, immersed in the Sienese countryside, is furnished in typical Tuscan style and made comfortable by the most modern amenities. Beautiful 7x14 swimming pool (max height 2.10 m) and comfortable Hot Spring whirlpool tub for the exclusive use of a single group of guests. The furnished porch allows a pleasant outdoor stay. The garden is fenced. The rooms are unoccupied and with separate entrances inside the villa. Use of the hot tub must be requested at the time of booking.
