In den drei stilvollen Schlafzimmern finden bis zu 6 Erwachsene Platz, und für den 7. &8. Gast steht eine gemütliche Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Das Apartment liegt nur etwa 500 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt, so dass du bequem mit dem Zug anreisen kannst. Alternativ stehen zwei Stellplätze zur Verfügung. Wichtigen Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Bright and spacious apartment located in a peaceful village in the Bavarian Alps. It's an ideal place for couples or families wanting to relax or work remotely. From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Kampenwand. The nearby Chiemsee offers great opportunities for swimming, cycling, and hiking. In winter, ski resorts can be reached within a short drive. The apartment is conveniently located between Munich and Salzburg, making it a perfect stop on the way to southern Europe.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Our house from the 1960s offers a quiet apartment under the newly renovated roof. It is accessible via a staircase on the 2nd floor. Here you will be rewarded, from the balcony, with a great mountain view. In the bedroom there is a 40-inch TV (incl. Prime), the kitchen is fully equipped and has a fold-out sofa bed. In the spacious hallway there is also a built-in closet. In the apartment, there are sloping ceilings and the ceiling is lower than usual.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
