Through the panoramic window from the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The Simsee is practically at your feet, Chiemsee and the lake district are in close proximity. Cycling, hiking, swimming, mountain climbing, skiing or just relaxing. Almost everything is possible here.

Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our house from the 1960s offers a quiet apartment under the newly renovated roof. It is accessible via a staircase on the 2nd floor. Here you will be rewarded, from the balcony, with a great mountain view. In the bedroom there is a 40-inch TV (incl. Prime), the kitchen is fully equipped and has a fold-out sofa bed. In the spacious hallway there is also a built-in closet. In the apartment, there are sloping ceilings and the ceiling is lower than usual.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
