You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Our house from the 1960s offers a quiet apartment under the newly renovated roof. It is accessible via a staircase on the 2nd floor. Here you will be rewarded, from the balcony, with a great mountain view. In the bedroom there is a 40-inch TV (incl. Prime), the kitchen is fully equipped and has a fold-out sofa bed. In the spacious hallway there is also a built-in closet. In the apartment, there are sloping ceilings and the ceiling is lower than usual.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
