Vacation rentals with lake access in Prien am Chiemsee

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment offers enough space, so you can also endure a rainy vacation day well. Very well furnished for four people. Very pleasant exchange with Klaus and his partner. Thank you, we will be happy to come back anytime 😊

Our family with two children (twelve and fourteen years old) had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. The location is perfect, with magnificent views of Lake Pelham. We enjoyed the fantastic view every day. The house is very spacious and well furnished, the large windows guarantee a lot of natural light in every room. The kitchen is fully equiped and provides all the amenities (including fully automatic coffee machine). The contact with Andrea was straightforward. Many beautiful excursion destinations (including Lake Chiemsee, Rosenheim or Wasserburg am Inn) are nearby. The lakes of the 7-lake district are very nice for swimming. Our favorite was the Schloßsee. But don't be afraid of the trusting carp here. The house is a wonderful place, which we are very happy to recommend.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

We had a great stay in Egling. The house really left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back and would always recommend the place.

It was super nice, the location is perfect. A great view of the mountains in a very quiet residential area. We felt like we were all alone. For a break from the stressful and hectic everyday life, just recommended. There was nothing missing. The supermarket as well as the bakery were reachable in just a few minutes' walk. Jörg was a great host, although he was traveling at the time, he was always available for us. We can 100% recommend this home as well as the host. Thanks for the nice days.

What a beautiful home in a stunning location. The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a large living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is a cellar downstairs with washing machine. There is a separate outdoor eating area with BBQ. The garden overlooks the lake and the house has beautiful views. There are some lovely walking trails at the back of the house which are worth exploring. The home was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A real home from home. The location is fantastic, close to the lake and within walking distance of the Seehaus restaurant on the lake and local shops and amenities. Communication with Alison and Robert was good throughout and they were able to give us some information about local events. A lovely stay and if we come back to the area we would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly equipped, so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable vacation! We will be happy to come back.

The host is very accommodating. Good recommendations for activities and restaurant. Always responsive and very helpful. The apartment corresponded to the description and pictures. We can recommend the accommodation, we stayed in the apartment with 2 adults and 3 children for a week in October.

We visited our family nearby and were delighted with the beautiful location , the nearby swimming lake and the very friendly and easy interaction with Jan, our landlord, who also welcomed our dog into his apartment. We found it wonderful that we did NOT land in front of the TV for a week in the evening (because there is no one there) . A very relaxing and relaxing stay, thank you.

The apartment is very bright and nicely decorated. There are many cozy sofas and armchairs to relax :-) and a well-equipped kitchen. We also liked the location. Fabrice is a great host and always easily accessible. Many thanks for everything!

The perfect location to get to the many sights we wanted to hit in Bavaria and Austria.

Our stay at Toni and Julia's was very great. Both were very friendly and always helpful. The location right on the lake was great, we could reach everything from there on foot or by bike. We are very happy to have chosen their place.

We were only in Bad Tölz for a short break with a dog and Irmgard's place was great for that. Located directly on the Isar, so we could always go for a great walk. A comfortable balcony with sun in the afternoon/evening to end the day. All in all, we were very satisfied!

Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very delicious. The apartment is within walking distance of shops serving everyday needs, and it is also not far to the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground garage is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you did not hear anything. The bedroom is in the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation at Lake Tegernsee, you are in the right hands with Nicci.

Very nice and spacious apartment. All rooms as well as kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Within about 5 minutes' walk you can reach shopping such as bakery and supermarket as well as nearby Walchsee. Near the house, hiking trails go to the mountains surrounded by the apartment. Communication was always quick and friendly and straightforward. Great area with a nice place to stay. Highly recommend!

It was a beautiful place to stay with private lake access (for guests). Everything is very well maintained, very nice staff. We were very happy there with our dog! :)

We were incredibly warmly welcomed!Sabine has a truly beautiful house right on the lake with its own jetty to linger and easy access to the lake! The house tells its own story, historically and lovingly restored! Everything was as described, the rooms are cozy, wonderfully comfortable beds, everything is tip-top clean and a view of the lake as it could not be more beautiful!Lake view from the room and balcony! Our stay at Katrins place was great! she was always very kind and responsive, happy to accomodade some pecial needs we had because of the kids. She also proactively organize discounted ski tickets for Hochfügen. The house is exactly as in the pictures, lots of space for even a big group. Location is very good, close to some ski resort and some cute lakes.
