We had a lovely stay in a very nice village. Mattress was a little on the harder side but was more than made up for by the rest of the house, the location and all the things the host has done to make it a great place to stay. Can't wait to visit again

Had an excellent weekend away celebrating our mums 80th Birthday! Everything there for all the different age ranges from 15-80 year olds always something to do! Host was always at the end of a text for any assistance that was needed! The welcome basket was a lovely surprise! Will definitely recommend & use again. x

This bungalow was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very spacious. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and the property had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again - in fact, I’d happily move in!!

We enjoyed our time and would recommend to those wanting to visit. There was even a clothes line for drying clothes. We enjoyed our time there.

I had an extended stay, around 6 weeks. From day one Alison and David were both really helpful and very friendly but were never intrusive. The accommodation is a listed building with lots of history so was a little quirky. This added to the overall positive experience. I also really enjoyed exploring the local beauty spots, particularly some great walks around the Yarrow Valley. I would definitely recommend the accommodation to any short stay travellers or longer term residents.

This was nice and cosy stay in a small village. There was plenty of space for 4 people and good beds. The pub downstairs was really worth visiting. Can recommend this!

Fab clean & modern apartment. Central and walkable to Winter Gardens, Tower & town centre. Very high standard compared to others in the area. Lovely to have a welcome bottle of prosecco & tea/coffee. Will definitely book again

Just what we were looking for - long scenic walks in beautiful surroundings. The flat was so lovely and was comfortable with everything we needed - with wonderful views. Perfect get away.

Very enjoyable stay! Was beautifully decorated for the occasion and we felt right at home immediately. The layout of the house is also very pleasant and spacious for bags of comfort. Very kind hosts who provided us with a variety of snacks and refreshments. Would definitely return!!

Great friendly host, great property, perfect for our weekend to see Springsteen at A field. Good location for visiting the city centre and getting to the gig, Richard was very helpful letting us check in early and with loads of information about the area and getting about

The property was lovely and clean, we were provided with an information booklet which included nearby restaurants and shops, travel advice and much more! The location was perfect, only a quick 25 minute bus to the centre, and very safe and quiet area to stay. The room itself was very spacious with the bathroom having amazing toiletries to utilise, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Jacquie was lovely and communicated well making everthing very clear, with the check in/out, how to get there, and more. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely peaceful and clean place. Debbie was a great host and the apartment is best for anyone to unwind after busy work. The peaceful surrounding, jacuzzi , and the sleep. If you feel burnout and want to relax, this is the place. Thanks for hosting us and we will definitely book this place again in the future.

Perfect place to stay in Lytham. Very central. Comfortable bed and everything you need for a break away. Lovely host. This is our 3rd stay and we would definitely stay again.

We spent 2 nights in this apartment while visiting friends in Blackpool. The apartment is fantastic - spacious and well appointed, with the highlight being the living room which has huge windows looking out over the sea which is approximately 500 metres away. The owner sent us detailed instructions before arrival and we were asked to ring him as soon as we arrived, so that he could go through various features of the apartment with us. Overall, the communication was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you are planning to stay in Blackpool.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean and comfortable. Wendy was fantastic from start to finish, providing clear and proactive communication that made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

A wonderful stay in beautiful accommodation. The apartment is in a great central location to Lytham shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, modern and very clean. The host is very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying again.

This place is exactly as described but actually, even better on arrival. Free parking right outside the door and located exactly where we wanted to be. Lots of thought and attention to detail has gone into making this home from home. Beautiful touches everywhere, fresh, bright and airy decor and sumptuous bedding. Patrick & Belinda go above and beyond with the preparations made for guest arrival including milk, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and snacks. It was an absolute delight and pleasure to stay here.
