Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Preston

This was a great spot for us down at Lake Texoma, you can tell Rikki put time and thought into making sure it was a fantastic spot. I will say I especially loved the dog room as it was perfect for some morning coffee, reading, and being with the dogs. I would definitely stay here again given the chance.

Jimmy and Ryan’s home was perfect for our group. Beds for everyone, and only 3 minutes away from where we left for our guided fishing trip. Their place also has a great outdoor area where we could all hang out and play games while we fried up our fish. The house is super nice and clean, and feels very private. Would definitely stay here again!

Me and my groomsmen enjoyed our stay and liked the location being right off the lake. It’s a nice little cabin the felt like home away from home.

Bad weather, lakes closed as water was too high due to rains. If we were going to be stuck with 6 kids we couldn't have been at a better place. Lots to do. Josh was a great host. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 28th anniversary extended weekend getaway. All was very neat and clean in this 2-bedroom + loft . The A-framed home was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and with a beautiful view from the couch/chairs inside or patio seating outside. We prepped and ate most of our meals cooked in the amply equipped kitchen including pots and pans and dishes all in great condition. We stayed in the main bedroom and the bed was so comfortable with a good amount of closet space (and hangers) for everything we brought with us. We had a great meal at Lettuce Indulge, explored the dam, rode bikes at the park, and visited the farmers market. Thank you Summer for being so attentive and friendly. It was a great stay!

The home is lake front, beautiful and it was in a perfect location. My family loved the lake and all the outdoor activities. We will book it again soon. Thanks Tyler!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our reason for stay was simply to have a place to sleep while we visited Choctaw Casino, and it was perfect for the occasion! Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and maintained, and the space was perfect for 3 people to stay. Lastly, the host was very helpful and kind. We will be staying here again if we find ourselves at the casino. Only 11 minute drive! Worth it.

Our boys first adult roadtrip was a success thanks to Ashlee and her accommodations. Easy to find and easy to settle in. Ashlee was great to work with! Always quickly responded. Great place to relax after a day on the lake!

My family and I (husband, son -15, daughter -8, and 2 nieces - 6&7) drove up from Dallas to spend a few days of our spring break. We all had such an amazing time, the Cabin was so cozy and had everything we needed. We spent most of the evening Friday and all day Saturday fishing, my husband caught probably 25-30 crappie and perch, my niece caught 3 and I caught 4, super peaceful and relaxing. Not too bad of a drive into town, Walmart was less than 20 mins in Madill, Ok! Overall we had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back for future stays!

The Cozy Cottage is just as advertised. Beautiful neighborhood, very comfortable accommodations and a super helpful host. Super stay close to Texoma.

Incredible cozy stay nestled into the woods for privacy! Got to fish in both ponds and caught quite a few fish! The fire pit was absolutely awesome to sit out on the back porch and enjoy at night as well as roasting marshmallows! The shower was also incredibly relaxing after hours of fishing! Loved the recommended restaurants and recommend sticking to them if you’re not local. Country Kitchen made us all sick and was not on the list. But El Tequila Mexican restaurant was to die for! They were super responsive and tentative when we needed something! Thank you for an awesome cozy stay!

The home was great! He was also very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He even called when we mentioned that the microwave wouldn’t close completely and was very concerned if not having a working microwave was any issue, it wasn’t. He wanted to make sure that our stay was amazing! We had a great time! Nice place to stay!

The house was the perfect size and so comfortable for our whole friends and family. The instructions by the host were very clear and made it convenient for us. The beach front lake was amazing for swimming and relaxing and the walk was even shorter than expected. Grilling out and having a camp fire at night made it easier to stay-in and enjoy the lake house without having to leave. Definitely recommend this house!
