Vacation rentals with lake access in Preston

We had a wonderful time at Kera’s beautiful home. The house is clean with plenty of space for everyone - there was even a high chair and pack n play for my grand baby to use. The back yard is amazing with an amazing fire pit and fun swing sets - my grand daughters loved playing there! The water was very high due to lots of rain so we were not able to see the sandy beach. Kera is very sweet and responsive - definitely a fun place to go with family! Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sarah’s beautiful property. This is a gorgeous place with peaceful and private surroundings. Private gate makes you feel safe and secure. Very comfortable and spacious, perfect for family get togethers like ours. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. Bells is a small town but you’ll find anything you need close by. Just a short drive into Sherman/Denison or to Bonham. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful and relaxing place to spend the weekend. We loved all the nature and the scenery. We hope to return!

We planned a guys' trip here two years ago and this time was just as remarkable as the first. With eight of us, there's plenty of space and beds for us to hang out and rest comfortably. The game room kept us entertained all weekend. Both outdoor and indoor amenities suited our every need. There was a reason why we returned to this remarkable luxury stay; it's warmth and inviting atmosphere. Will certainly stay again.

Zero complaints, all compliments. Great place, super clean, easy check in and easy task when departing. Price is great for the space provided. Would 100% book this spot again! Cheers!

Kim’s place was within walking distance to the lake and close to everything we wanted to do. We did have to bring our own firewood for the pit. There were lots of games and the space was very clean. I loved being able to bring my fur babies with me as well! There was no WiFi and low service, which was fine for our weekend adventure. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras like snacks, keeping the bugs away, lights outside, fans and charging cables provided! All in all a great space for a weekend away or close to the lake since we wanted to be in nature and go fishing!

You guys are awesome. I want to thank you again for your flexibility on our latest visit. I know it was short notice. You all have been great.

Cold A/C and a cozy room, perfect location and perfect price!

The place was nice and clean, very inviting. The host was friendly and personable. When we rented the pontoon boat, he went and docked it for us, then, when we were ready to leave the water, he came back and picked us up. I would stay here again.

This unit is absolutely stunning! I only wish my own home felt this comfortable and beautifully decorated. The views from both the living room and patio are so peaceful and serene — truly a perfect setting to relax and unwind. The owners were fantastic to work with, offering great recommendations for local activities. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful stay! The property is ideal for a couple with pets, and I spent well over two months there. The dogs enjoyed running around in the large yard.

Jay & Shelby were very friendly. They were very responsive to any questions. The location of the Air BNb was easy to find. The scenery was beautiful. It was also very peaceful. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

The 6-plex is a perfect location for beach access to the lake. Great location to keep your kids safe with all the grassy areas. You can see the water from the rooms and you can't beat the beautiful sunrise and sunset. The rooms were exactly as explained, clean and cool. I definitely will be booking again in the near future!

We unfortunately watched torrential rains many days off our stay so the road into the cottage became quite rough with washout areas but no fault of anyone except Mother Nature!! The water was truly a short walk but only to some private docks. The cottage amenities were incredible!! We loved our stay at this cute and spotless cottage!!!

This little home was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were extremely soft and comfy. The neighbors were quiet and we felt extremely safe. The owner thought of everything. She even provided umbrellas and beach chairs for us to use. Speaking of, the nearby beach is amazing. So much sand for sand castles and lounging! The water was the perfect temperature for lounging and swimming. We would absolutely stay here again!

Erica's house was very nice! We loved the fire pit and the hot tub! The beds were all very comfortable and the access to the lake was easy! We enjoyed the back deck with the TV and BBQ'ed every night. All in all, we felt right at home and had a wonderful time!

I would definitely recommend Dusty and Lori’s place. The fact that that they reached out to us prior to our stay to find out what they could do on their end to accommodate our stay and make it a special one was very memorable. It was just my wife, and my five year old on this trip, but the space was just right for us. The place was well stocked with cooking amenities, which was appreciated. The chimney was a great a feature, and we used it to warm up the living room. There was also a lot of games to keep our little one entertained. Overall, this unit was clean and I felt it was one of the best units for rental in terms of amenities.

Interesting location. I am a city girl, so staying in an unincorporated community was a fascinating experiment for me. I loved it! I walked a lot, felt safe at all times, and generally enjoyed the quiet.
