We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ivica’s place! The accommodations were exactly as described. It was a perfect location with quick and easy access to must see and do highlights of Zadar! I loved the huge deck looking down on the plaza with enchanting views of the sunsets. The icing on the cake was a thoroughly unexpected surprise… home grown cherries delivered to our door …. My husband’s favorite!! Thank you for your kindness and sharing your property with us!

Bruno & Diana were great hosts! They were flexible on our check-in time and made the whole process very easy, even giving us local recommendations! The aparment is located in Old Town Zadar with lots of restaurants and things to see! We loved our stay in Zadar and I would highly recommend this apartment if you want to stay in a great location that is walking distance to everything you need!

This was a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Zadar. Was well equipped and had everything we needed. As we arrived early we were able to check in early which was great. Anja who was the owner, met us at the apartment and was so lovely and helpful! Would definitely recommend this gorgeous apartment.

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Apartment was super furnished with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Great location - nice walk along the beach to the old town. Drazen personally welcomed us and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

The place was clean and with good space for 3 people, location good, very close to a supermarket and a walking distance to the main atractions. A tip to help finding the apartment: the instructions given by them works, but you gotta enter the street from the avenue that has a bird graffiti on the wall!

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

I don’t think words can do justice to our experience at Senka and David’s place. The apartment was stunning - you can really tell that the owners care about their guests very much because the apartment is amazingly well equipped and absolutely spotless clean. The proximity to the beach was also perfect. But the best part about our stay was Senka ❤️ She was so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, she offered recommendations for places to visit/eat at and even brought us some homemade Dalmatian food to try. We really couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful stay and for dear Senka who made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back!

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully decorated. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

I'm traveling back very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav at Petra's was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. The apartment is super quiet, located directly on the harbor - I could see incredibly beautiful sunrises from the large balcony😍 Thanks for the great stay, dear Petra☀️

We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

We felt very comfortable - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the terrace with the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Ideal as a base for trips to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the diverse landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful. We will be happy to come back!
