Holiday home Mala in Preko on the island of Ugljan is a real place to get away from the city crowds and bustle. This is where problems are forgotten, breathing deeply, pure thoughts, and resting. The house is a mix of old and new, we remodeled the old house, but it remains a mark on the past. It has two terraces, which are used as the sun shines on the backyard. Morning, the west one is drinking coffee, and the afternoon north is for dining. In the evening, you can relax with a glass of good wine or cocktails on one of them.

Fully equipped apartment with one bedroom, a bathroom and an open-plan dining area along with a kitchen and balcony, located on the island Ugljan,in a small village called Poljana. Ferry rides from Zadar to Preko-20min. 300m to the first beaches, grocery shop and restaurants. In the area of our house there are a lot of places to relax, to make grill...Guests can use the POOL (shared), a billard table, table tennis, sandboxes.. .Pool is opened from 5.5.-10.11. Our free parking is under the house!

Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

Excellent, romantic place for couples, brand new, holiday apartment is situated on the main island road, halfway from the ferry dock to the center of Kali. All the places on these two relaxing islands, with beautiful beaches and breathtaking views are within 15 min drive range. Apartment has a wonderful view on Zadar channel and is distant only few minutes from the nearest beach. It's equipped with wifi internet, tv, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and water cooker.

beautiful bright well equipped kitchen, Fab aircon in the bedroom, very comfortable bed.. we really enjoyed our stay at Ivanica's apartment, would recommend. Close to restaurants and swimming spots. the swimming is great all along the waterfront.

The apartment has a wonderful view from the terrace, which exceeded our expectations. Every day we could see Zadar and the ships on the sea, which gave an amazing effect. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The area is quiet and peaceful, and at the same time very close to the center of Preko and the beaches. Transport to the island is an attraction in itself because you can admire the beautiful views from the ship, and the journey itself does not take long, less than 20 minutes.

A serene waterfront scene features three white chairs beside crystal-clear water, showcasing a rocky shoreline. Small blue tables complement the seating, all set against a picturesque backdrop of a coastal town with colorful buildings nestled among green hills.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Doris place! The location is convenient as it is just 5-10min walk from everything (groceries, restaurants, beach). Really nice flat, renovated and super clean. Doris was always helpful and responsive with our questions about Kali! She also gave us a ride to the ferry station in Preko, which was really kind! Kali is a small and quiet village, that allowed us to experience a very local atmosphere. If you want to relax this is the place! We would love to come back in future!

Everything was great. Nina is a great host, always available. The apartment is really clean, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking.
