The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was still occupied by the owner himself until recently. The tram stop is a 3-minute walk and takes our guests to Linz main square in 12 minutes. Local suppliers, wine taverns, restaurants, as well as an indoor swimming pool with wellness area are in the immediate neighborhood.
