Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Prato

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

This home is most beautiful. We felt like royalty and were received with the kindness and friendliness that is rarely seen in the best 5 star locations. Better as we not only felt like guests we felt like family. The home is minutes from a world famous Italian spa which we experienced - truly amazing. The home is a short walk to town which is small albeit charming. Guilio and his mother Rita are true gems. We are already planning our next trip to our new home away from home. Everything was 5 star all the way. Hands down. Thank you again, Guilio and Rita😘

This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

Such a beautiful spot to explore the beautiful scenery and villages of Tuscany

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

You get what you pay for—and more. This modern Italian-designed apartment in Florence was outstanding. The view of the Ponte Vecchio from the balcony was truly breathtaking, and the sleek, high-end furnishings made the space feel like a luxurious private retreat. The location couldn’t be better—central, elegant, and within walking distance to everything. Even when we couldn’t get a taxi to the train station, we were fortunate the walk was only about 15 minutes. The host did her very best to help, and we truly appreciated her effort. Highly recommended for a stylish, comfortable, and unforgettable stay in Florence.

Simona si è dimostrata un host gentile, cortese e molto collaborativa. L'alloggio risponde alla descrizione ed è molto funzionale e spazioso. E' situato in una zona rurale molto tranquilla con una splendida vista sul lago di Bilancino. Nelle immediate vicinanze, raggiungibili in 5 minuti d'auto, ci sono ristoranti e servizi. La posizione è strategica per godere le bellezze del Mugello.

We chose this apartment for our Honeymoon and we can say, that it was our the best decision. :) Andrea is exceptional and very kind person. If we visit Italy again, we know that her accommondation will be our first choice! We will recomment everywhere when we will can. The apartment is in very good place, very near Firenze and Pisa. Andrea had a good point when we wanted to visit a Firenze, just leave the car in Signa town (she recomments a free parking place) and continue by train. Thank you Andrea for everything! Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

We stayed here for a few nights and had a fantastic time! The views were amazing, and the place was very spacious and clean. Lapo was fantastic - really helpful, even picking us up and dropping us back off at the bus stop. We'd highly recommend!

It's a really nice house. It's spacious, clean and everything is in place. It is comfortable and quiet because there are all tourist attractions one stop away. The nearby mart was also very good. The host is also very kind. I had a great time in Florence thanks to you.

Eugenia was a wonderful host - she went above and beyond to help us with our car parking. She gave a brief and welcoming orientation to the property and made us feel very welcome. I was visiting for a conference and my fiancée felt safe in the area when she was alone and very secure in the property. If you are traveling to Florence I recommend trying to avoid bringing a car - the city is better done on foot, but there are some parking garages nearby for 30-40€/ day if, like us, you arrived by car. Wonderful stay, cute apartment, great area. Enjoy!

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.

Rani was the best host I have dealt with as an AB&B customer. The apartment was spacious, had a great location and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant literally right next door, was excellent. I highly recommend the apartment and most of all the host Thank you Rani!!

We had a fantastic time in this apartment in Lucca. Could not recommend it highly enough. The location is perfect- right in the centre and everything within walking distance - but facing into an internal courtyard so wonderfully peaceful too. The apartment is just perfect. Beautifully renovated and has just about everything you would ever need. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked. We didn't want to leave and would love to go back at any time as Lucca is stunning. Riccardo is just the best host. All communications were so warm and friendly and he gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We didn't get to meet him but met his son Daniele who brought us to the apartment and showed us around. He was incredibly helpful and charming.

Panzano The house has everything we need, the beds are confortable and the view from the terrace is gorgeous.The street parking near the house is perfect, no need to climb with luggage. Panzano is a really interesting small village, from which It’s easy to drive to other Tuscany villages ( Grève, Montefioralle, Badia a Pasignano, Castellina etc…). We did have an excellent wine tasting with Lunch at Castello Vicchiomaggio. We didn’t meet Daniel in person, since we did have the chance to do an early check in, but the communication with him was really easy for help and local suggestions.
