The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

You can Relax and recharge yourself in this oasis of quiet and elegance, in the sunny hill of Cerreto you can find the "Dimora il Cerro", harmoniously inserted in the Tuscan landscape. It is a portion of a farmhouse surrounded by green olive trees, with a magnificent views of the city . this is an excellent starting point for visiting Tuscany, a suitable destination for those who love active holidays and for those interested in culture. From here you can easily reach cities such as Florence.

IRMA SUITE Prato City Center

Welcome!!! Entering Irma's house, there is a closet and coat rack. The bathroom is a little dated. There is a laundry room (shared) €5 per wash including: products, washing machine, drying rack and dryer (in winter). The main room has a loft with a French bed. Steep stairs! You can't stand up on the top. Below is a sofa/bed and TV cabinet. You go into the kitchen, with the gas stove. On the terrace (shared) you can stay on a sofa table, armchairs and hammock (not in winter). Thank you!

Casa Adriana is a beautiful house inside a 14°century Villa. This Villa is owned by the Migliorini family since the 17° century. You have a private garden at your disposal, wifi, a/c, washer, dishwasher, private parking. Casa Adriana is very close to Florence (15 minutes by train) and you can easily reach Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and Chianti in 1 hour driving. Please note: Tourist Tax has to be paid in cash once arrived in our accommodation. Hiring a car is highly recommended.
