Dear Anna, nu we bijna terug een week in België zijn, dringt het nog meer tot ons door hoe prettig het verlof was in Toscane. Ik wil je hartelijk danken voor je goeie zorgen en betrokkenheid. We hebben zo genoten van je mooie huis -waar alles aanwezig was-, het mooie zwembad en de prachtige wijnhuizen en steden in de buurt. Ik wil je ook een dik compliment geven voor je prachtige planten op het hele domein. Het is niet simpel om die zo gezond te houden onder de Italiaanse zon. We had a brilliant week at Jakob and Margit’s house. Margit was so friendly and helpful (and gave us some wine and fresh eggs!). The views from the gardens are incredible and having the swimming pool was perfect. The local area has lots of great vineyards to visit and the house is close to Florence/Siena/Arezzo for day trips. It had everything we needed like a washing machine etc.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa villa! La casa è super attrezzata per cucinare, con tutto l’occorrente a disposizione. Gli spazi esterni sono splendidi: tanto verde ben curato, ideale per rilassarsi. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, e la zona è tranquillissima, ottima per staccare la spina. La vista è magnifica e la piscina era perfetta! Il check-in è stato semplice e la comunicazione con l’host impeccabile: sempre disponibile e cordiale. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in Carolinas geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus verbracht und genossen besonders die Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft und das malerische Städtchen Montecatini Alto mit mehreren guten und gemütlichen Restaurants. Eine Gelateria und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fast vor der Haustüre. Durch die urige Standseilbahn nach Montecatini Terme (fährt alle 30 min bis Mitternacht) und eine Buslinie zum Bahnhof sind Ausflüge auch ohne Auto möglich. Carolina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin - immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Appartamento molto carino e con tutto l’occorrente che ti può servire. Ottima anche la posizione e soprattutto il posto auto all’interno.

Spontan gebucht. Und problemlos kurzfristig alles nötige regeln können. Federico ist unaufgeregt kommunikativ und kann den Aufenthalt mit guten Empfehlungen verfeinern. Die Lage ist besonders. Der Ort hat wine gute Wirkung auf Körper und Gemüt. WeiläuAbgelegen aber nicht weit zum einkaufen oder zu Restaurants. Ein schöner Pool. Geschmackvolle Räumlichkeiten. WlanJunckies könnten manchmal mit dem netz etwas hadern aber das Gesamtbild wird dadurch nicht geschmälert. Alles was sonst nötig ist,ist vor Ort oder wird von Federico prompt besorgt. Ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Florenz oder im Chianti. Jede Menge auch rustikale trattorias,Winzer und Oliven Bauern in der Nähe.

Das Häuschen von Francesca in Prato ist wahrlich ein Schmuckstück! So liebevoll eingerichtet, alles makellos und penibel sauber. Es war alles vorhanden und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die fehlende Klimaanlage, da es in dieser Woche sehr heiß war. Francesca und ihr Mann sind eine extra Erwähnung wert: So zugewandte und aufmerksame Gastgeber haben wir noch nie kennen gelernt. Immer sofort erreichbar und immer einen Tip und eine Empfehlung zur Hand. Schon der Empfang war überaus liebevoll und schön. Wenn man bei 34° mit dem Motorrad ankommt und kaltes Wasser und ein Snack stehen bereit, was kann es besseres geben!!! Es war eine traumhafte Woche hier zu gast sein zu dürfen....ganz herzlichen Dank und selbstverständlich eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Stella is a beautiful person and a perfect host. Everything immediately felt like home. She explained everything very nicely. The location was serene and she gave a lot of information on things to do in that area. Would love to come again for sure.

El alojamiento de Ignazio ha sido una experiencia diferente y poco usual para los alojamientos que solemos alquilar. Pero nos apetecía sentir el ambiente rural y la vida real Italiana. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Alojarnos en una casa típica italiana de la zona de 1800. Todo, absolutamente todo tiene historia. Las habitaciones. La cocina. Pequeños misterios de la casa que Ignazio nos explico con detalle y gran amor. Si eres de las personas que ama la historia y la cultura de otros países está es tu casa e Ignazio tu anfitrión. Nos alegramos mucho de haber podido tener esta oportunidad. El pueblo está muy cerca de la parada de tren para ir a todas las ciudades importante en me día hora por 3€ el billete. La comida de los alrededores! Maravillosa. Nos vamos encantados. Muchísimas gracias por todo Ignazio. Arrivederci!

We were a group of 10 staying Friday to Sunday at the villa. It is nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious and the common areas perfect for a large group. It was very clean throughout. The kitchen is well designed and easy to use for a crowd. We deployed the large BBQ for a meal at home on the first evening. A cocktail, a steak and a view of the rolling hills - how charming! I would strongly recommend renting a car or cars because the village is some walk away. There is a large and well stocked Co-op about 10 minutes’ drive from the property. Giulia on behalf of the host was simply brilliant. She was very responsive and helpful, and full of good recommendations. I would not hesitate to endorse this property and its management - we had a brilliant stay and would happily come back again.

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We'll save all of our exploring for next time! Thank you Sylvia and Julio for a magic vacation.

Fantastic place to stay! This was my second visit to this apartment because it’s in a perfect location, beautifully furnished, in a quiet neighborhood but five minutes from everything. The two bedrooms are very private and have a nice amount of space between them. Can’t recommend this more highly!

We had a lovely stay and Simona was keen to ensure that we were happy. The villa has a lovely rustic feel. Ignore the no entry sign at the end of the dirt track road and drive up through the trees. You park right outside the house. It was a little more expensive for us as we were only 2, staying in a place for 4. The dog was lovely and friendly ( although looks as though he might not be as Alsatian breed I think ). There is a lovely restaurant in San Polo with a lovely garden out the back… about 7 mins away.

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!

Wir hatten leider nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt bei Pamela und konnten dadurch die Vorzüge der Unterkunft und Umgebung nicht komplett nutzen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber - sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at Chiantishire Cottage. A very beautiful house with an even more beautiful view close to Florence. Highly recommended for anyone who likes peace and quiet, but close enough that you can easily visit a town by car. The daily visits of the sweetest dog Camillo made our vacation even more memorable. I would recommend Chiantishire Cottage to everyone.
